The hotel was neat & tidy. The staff was extremely helpful & professional. The rooms are clean, especially the bathroom, which is a big deal to me! Housekeeping checks in with you daily to access your needs. The breakfast is hot & tasty with a nice variety of choices. There is also a snack & drink machine in the lobby. On the second floor there is a laundry room with two washers & dryers. The location is convenient as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The first pet is free. The bed was comfortable. The room was warm when we checked in. They had the hotel style luggage carts which were very helpful.

No one was staffing the desk when we arrived at 10pm, and it took about 10 minutes for someone to arrive to help check us in. They apparently had just switched software on the computer and the front desk agent did not know how to operate it yet so she spent about 10 additional minutes on the phone with her manager working out how to charge the $25 each pet fees. She did apologize for the delay.

Rosa was the best housekeeper. She was always there for all my needs. I really enjoyed her very much. She's a wonderful person. Just wait until you meet her. Rosa, thank you for your kindness to me and for all your help. I miss your smiling face.

Nothing. The whole staff is wonderful and is there for all your needs anytime of the day or night. Thank you to all the staff for a wide stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find and relatively quiet for being located close to the interstate. It was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and rested well with our little dog. She was even comfortable and settled right in. We enjoyed our stay and all left well rested and happy!

No real complaints about the property. The lobby was nice, as was our room. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was satisfactory.

The elevator was a bit scary and the hallways could be updated. The abandoned run down building in front of the property was an eyesore.

The location is wonderful nice food options gas movie theatres I haven’t indulged in the breakfast due to my schedule at work and my sleep schedule but my sense of smell says it taste wonderful.

I can’t find anything bad to say about the place, except for I’ve stayed there due to being homeless I could use a free night for being a consistent customer.

Reasonably priced, very clean

I could hear going’s on in the room next to me. I only stayed a few hours for some catch up sleep before early appointment. Noise from next door made that impossible.
