Nice, clean, professional.

One rude staff member who is probably in charge of the cleaning of the property. He was just unpleasant, never greet anyone, never say hello and when I was carrying my wife’s beach back he walked by and whispered “Maricon” or “fag” in Spanish. Mind you he’s Indian descent and I’m Vietnamese American and I took AP Spanish so he wouldn’t have known that. It that was rude and unnecessary. Lost and found never found anything

Location is great with easy access to the convention center. Having a Starbucks in the lobby is extremely convenient. Customer service was excellent and room was very clean. Beds are comfy, plenty of space for luggage, and it smelled so good everywhere we went.

I can’t think of ANYTHING except maybe they could have higher quality TP.

Room attendants were great. Front desk worker Stephanie Hoskins was a great help during our entire 11 day stay. She provided excellent service and any information and help we needed during our stay. I would say she goes above excellence in her interactions with customers.

The sitting room was idyllic. The shower divine... And your service staff are outstanding. The girl from housekeeping was an absolute delight. The girl with the zebra Crocs. She was 10 star. And the rest of them that I encountered in the halls were super polite. The ladies at the desk were quite congenial as well. I will stay here again.

I wish you had more of the stations that aired documentaries. Honestly that's really the only complaint. Not enough educational material on the TV.

Location, facility, the room I get is really large. Just minutes of walk to the Sharonville convention center.

Cafe seems under reconstruction so breakfast is temporarily not available.

Very clean with an up-scale vibe, felt like a place that would have cost more than we got it for.

Bring your own snacks, their selection is marked up rather significantly, other than that everything else was great

I didn't really like that there was some dirt on the floor in the room and the bathroom is kinda small but besides that it was a good stay

I like that the pool was open and the bathroom was sparkling

I didn't like the stains on the mattress cover but I guess it happens but it still didn't bother us
