I love how nice the rooms were. The beds were comfy, the air conditioner worked, the shower was a dream come true, love how the shampoo conditioner and body wash wasn't some itty bitty bottle and not enough for a quarter of your head/body they have big bottles and it was a great brand as well that left your bottle feeling soft and hair feel great too The staff were GREAT The pool was awesome. It was warm and spacious. Not many people other than a few here and there. The workout room was PACKED with top-notch equipment. The wedding they hosted was beautiful as well 😍 so the hotel had many things to offer other than a place to stay Definitely will be back and definitely have already recommended to friends and family.

The downfall was no microwave in the room, and since the hotel doesn't offer complementary breakfast, the microwave is a must, especially for a family. I couldn't warm my breastmilk up without going to go to the lobby.

Despite being a smaller space and the hub of the hotel with doors on both sides (plus an event that evening), I was easily able to quietly, very comfortably enjoy waiting an hour in the beautiful lobby with a glass of wine to meetup with my friend. The room was clean and beautiful. I loved the shower so much I took a few LOL. Always appreciate large pillows, big soft bath towels, and in-room coffee. I don't personally mind walking, but for such a wide set building to drive around, I actually had to trek VERY LITTLE from car to front desk to 11th floor room (high floor per my request). I didn't require much staff interaction, but what I did have went above/beyond and were extremely pleasant! The restaurant was not available that evening, but the brewery that shares parking lot was recommended by staff at check-in (&looked enjoyable, modern), but we chose to walk half block down to a hibachi, and had a very nice walk and a very nice dinner..so I'm HAPPY we didn't have the option to just order in-house, yet 2 very convenient different options that were not the junk travelers often get stuck eating. Very much enjoyed my experience, no complaints. Will choose this Delta again next time.

The property deserves better curb appeal than it has. And Kind of confusing to find the rear lobby entry for parking (hint under the big blue digital sign for the highway) since there is no parking at the main lobby door (standard drop off circle) but nothing crazy difficult.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel during my business trip. The place was very clean, and the service was excellent with quick responses to any requests. A special thanks to Erne and Bindu for their outstanding support during check-in and check-out. Their helpful advice on the best areas to visit in town made my experience even more memorable. Truly appreciated!

Comfy bed and pillows

I picked the property because I thought breakfast was included - it was not. We ended up spending more than if we stayed elsewhere WITH a breakfast. They didn’t even have coffee in our room (only decaf and tea) and though it says “continental breakfast “ absolutely nothing was included. I was too tired to dispute it with the hotel person at the time as we had a prior appointment out of town.

Over how modern our room was, the hotel smelled amazing, front desk super hospitable and friendly. Pool, parking, very nice beds! Amazing views and many food options near by, a brewery is literally less than a minute walk away.

I do think the floor could’ve been swept better. It wasn’t dirty at all but random stuff on floor we didn’t do. Also the room doesn’t have a microwave, this didn’t take away from our experience but don’t make eating late convenient

the room was so nice and clean for the price. only $80 for one night and it was basically like a 5 star hotel. 10/10 would definitely stay there again.

It was convenient to the convention center. We were able to get adjoining rooms for our group.

We would have appreciated the complimentary breakfast we have received at other nearby hotels.

Hotel looked nice and was very clean . The rooms were comfy and the showers were really nice.

They hosted a prom at the hotel and it got very crowded inside and out .

How clean it was. And everybody was very nice and helpful… loved the shower…

I didn’t like the fitted pillow top on the mattress. It kept sliding. Thought there should be a folder in room explaining restaurant hrs. And list of nearby restaurants and bar hrs.

Overall really good location and very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great keeping us nice and cool for the night.

My only complaint is that there was only 1 single bag in the bathroom for trash. But this is a very minor inconvenience
