The hotel is located in a central location to dining and shopping. It is also less than 2 miles from the interstate. The staff was very nice and welcoming. My room was exceptionally clean and just enough space for myself. I also had a full-size sofa to lounge around on, with a sleeper, in case i had extra guests. I was on the top floor, so noise was limited. I had a great view, and i could control how much sunlight i allowed into the room. It was comfortable and quiet. My favorite was the spa shower with jet sprays. Wish I could have taken it home with me. Lol

I was unaware there was a small lounge/bar right off the lobby. I didn't find this out until my last night's stay, and by then, I was too tired to enjoy it. I also wished I had a microwave in my room. I had a fridge, but I had to go to the lobby to warm my food, and the microwave wasn't exactly clean.

I booked this hotel for a convention held at the Sharonville Convention Center, and was pleasantly surprised. The room was fantastic and had comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, plenty of towels, a variety of shapeable pillows, clean facilities, and curtains that did a great job in blocking out light. It had a surprisingly decent hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. Great dining area, too. The staff were friendly and helped me extend my stay when I realized I only booked two nights instead of three. The lobby was decent. The wifi was good enough, and I had no hassle in connecting to it. The price is reasonable.

I'm the kind of person who can always find something to nitpick. Honestly, I struggle to think of a single thing to complain about. The area around the hotel is a little rough, but I picked this hotel for the purpose of not having to leave the convention center. Even beside that, it's not a terrible location. There's plenty of restaurants just around the corner.

We were there for my granddaughter's dance competition. The Hyatt Place was very close to the auditorium where the competition was taking place. The breakfest was good and hot. It was better than most hotels I have stayed. The rooms were big and roomy. The beds were very comfortable.

In the mornings, the shower would not get hot, but at night, I was able to get a good hot shower. Also, there were items left in the refrigerator that were left from the previous guest.

The property seemed very new, and extremely clean. The free breakfast was really good as well. The location was just off the freeway and near a lot of restaurants, also not far from downtown Cincinnati. The staff was okay, they weren’t extremely friendly.

I did not know upon booking that my room was a connected room, so the people next door to us were quite loud. I also hadn’t realized when I booked that animals were permitted, most of them were really good but there was a big dog across the hall that barked day and night.

Clean and updated. Well stocked room. Bed comfortable. Included breakfast was a fair variety.

There was a long line for checkin. And only one checkin person who was more concerned at the time with assisting a colleague behind the bar than checking me in promptly. Additionally, the pillows were a small size which wasn’t a huge deal but was disappointing (short in width, not in fluff I mean).

The staff were ALL very friendly Laynie, Joe, Shayna, Laynies daughter, and the chef in the kitchen. Exceptionally trained and pleasant at all times.

Small thing would be to switch up breakfast a bit. Breakfast was ALWAYS HOT and FRESH, but eggs, bacon/sausage/waffles/pancakes for 5 days for me personally was meh. And, a bit more fresh fruit options aside from bananas and oranges. Honestly, that was just a personal thing my son LOVED it. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I would definitely book again.

Property was what my kids call “bougie” the only thing that got me was the pool looks so much bigger in the pictures then it really is.

In our room the bathroom door stuck so we didn’t wanna mess with it cause we didn’t want the glass to shatter. We did tell the front desk they offered to move us to a new room but we refused and they did put a work order in asap.

Very clean, loved the convenience of being attached to the convention center

I arrived 2 hours after my allowed check- in time and was told my room wasn't ready yet. I was on a schedule and needed to get into the room and get ready for an event. It was very inconvenient having to wait.

It seemed to be very clean.

I tried to increase the heart because my room was very cold. I lowered the heat to 80 degrees but room was still cold. So I contacted the front desk associate and she told me that maintenance was gone for the evening and would not return until the morning. She suggested putting me in another room but started I needed to come down to get the key. I never came down. It was late and I had on pajamas. I felt since I was inconvenienced she should have brought the key card up to me.

One of the best hotels I've had the chance to book! We had the 2 Queen suite and I probably had the best shower of my life there with the multiple shower heads. Room was very spacious, had plenty of room to place things without it being in the way. Was convenient and barely had to drive anywhere during our stay. Will definitely book again if I can
