FREE BREAKFAST ..ITS AWESOME LOTS OF CHOICES AND VERY WELL LAID OUT . It's about the only thing I really enjoy about the Tru Hotels.

The heater was broken sounded like someone wrapped a towel around and baseball bat and was hammering away with it inside the heater...something major must have happened to it ..was like that the second we got in the room..man was it loud...so we had to move rooms then the 2nd room tv didn't work so maintenance came to fix ...the guest above our room sounded like they were in a marathon run with metal boots on...constantly so loud from 7pm to midnight . Insane I don't understand why people think they can act like that without knowing it's irritating to all other guests around them. Some people are just to rude ...plus the smell of Marijuana the minute we got their wasn't exactly a great greeting ..

This hotel has a different concept from many others. There are no coffee makers, ice buckets or microwaves in the rooms. There is a refrigerator, however. The room is minimal, but very comfortable with walk-in showers instead of tubs (which we,as older adults, appreciated). There is coffee available 24/7 in the lobby as well as a wide variety of snacks, food and drinks for purchase. We loved the set up of comfortable sofas and chairs, a pool table, nice exercise room and cold water to fill up your water bottle. The free breakfast was every bit as good as pricier hotels with a wide variety of items from which to choose. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The employees were very efficient and friendly and actually helped us when we reserved the wrong dates. This will be our go-to hotel in the future. Just hoping Hilton opens more of them.

Absolutely nothing

Tru By Hilton Sharonville is an excellent example of how investing in the "little things" elevates an experience from just a stay, to something you would want to repeat. It begins with the look of the building itself - colorful, fresh, bright and inviting. The entry hall itself is a asymmetrical, creating a feeling of different spaces within a single space, allowing people to come in and go, while not interfering with those seating in for work of food. This brings me to the breakfast: while similar in the basic ingredients to other hotels of the same price range, it is served in the open space, which seems to be cleaned in a rather pedantic frequency. It makes both the food and the experience to be more welcoming. The rooms have a high-tech feeling to them, with step-in showers and giant screen TV that welcomes you by name upon entry (might be silly, but it is the little things). The hotel has many facilities such as a pool and a fitness room (which we had no time to sample). ***Be minded: note the date on this review and check with the hotel before you book. Last we seen there was a lot cleared right next to the hotel, and you would not like to find yourself sleeping next to a construction site....

We really loved Tru By Hilton, with the only thing that brings its rating down from 10 is the fact that the windows were not able (either by design or when installed) to block the noise from the adjacent highway, which was quite severe. ***Be minded: note the date on this review and check with the hotel before you book. Last we seen there was a lot cleared right next to the hotel, and you would not like to find yourself sleeping next to a construction site....

The hotel exceeded my expectations, it is very cozy inside, beautifully renovated and everything is done with taste, I liked that there were snacks for purchase at the reception, and there was also a microwave. After 6 hours of driving, the last thing I wanted was to go buy a snack, so I bought a lot of different food right at the hotel. And then I swam in the pool to relax my muscles. I also liked the terrace outside. The room itself is very stylishly decorated, there is enough of everything - furniture, hangers. There are even two types of curtains - blackout and regular blinds. I slept soundly at night. The breakfast was good, I was especially impressed by the automatic pancake oven. I spent a long time choosing between different hotels and did not regret staying here.

The pool cleanup wasn't very clean, I noticed part of a snorkel next to the pool and two pieces of chewing gum on the floor.

I loved all the colours, unique layout, and furnishings as soon as you walked in. Very fun and inviting. The rooms were equally as unique and colorful. The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The building and the rooms smelled fresh. I also loved the fact that the hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel came in a large squeezable tube instead of those small plastic bottles. It's nice to see a hotel that is trying to reduce their footprint. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. There were also eraser boards by the elevators that the staff updated regularly with things like restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area. I would absolutely stay at this hotel or hotel chain again.

I went to a comedy show with my sister in-laws sister to see her son who was in the show, then went to a nightclub for karaoke. Had an awesome time. Now, I want to say that my stay at TRU BY HILTON was the icing on top of it it all and who doesn't love icing. Everything was just perfect from the receptionist at the front desk to the wonderful, clean, and beautiful room. It was a VERY NICE place, but that not all the receptionists at the front desk were courteous and very kind and helpful from the guy at checkin when I arrived on 8-6-24 and the 2 wonderful ladies the next morning when I was checking-out They all were exceptional. Colorful and clean common areas. Clean room and bathroom, but a little too much Lysol if you have a sensitive sniffer like me. Lots of lighting and outlets. Nearly all outlets have 2 USB charging ports also. Blackout curtains were amazing for helping along an early bedtime. Ice machine on every floor. Snacks & drinks in lobby are reasonably priced. Plenty of well-lit parking. Great location for me.

Highway noise woke me before alarm clock did. Did not expect $150/nite deposit. Room makes smart use of small space (shelves and hooks instead of bulky drawers or armoire), but desk didn't give me much room to work at.

The eggs seemed powdered but they were served hot and fresh. . I would have preferred bacon to sausage. There was a cool automatic pancake machine but there was a long line of parents and kids liked up to use it at 7am. Hot tea, coffee, juice, yogurt and fruit were great! There were nice grab and go options like bagels and muffins. The staff were very nice even when I forgot my ID. I LOVED that my name was on the TV saying welcome when I walked in.

Obviously the walls between adjoining rooms are very thin, because we could hear our neighbors "enjoying themselves " through the night. It made me wonder if they could hear everything going on in our room as well. The bed was a little firm for my taste but my husband liked it. Lots of people used the billiards in the lobby. It was hard to find a quiet place.

The property was easy to locate. We got there past check-in hours but I contacted the staff ahead of time to warn them we’d be arriving late. Plenty of parking even though we got there in middle of night. The lobby was clean and the staff was extremely friendly! A woman was training on the front desk but the man training her was super patient with her and they were both super nice. I didn’t grab the free breakfast because I was only there to sleep and leave, but I would def stay at this hotel again if I’m in the area!

Loved hardwood floors in rooms & lemon soaps & lotions. Great bright decor and very clean. Wider variety of breakfast choices than other places that I've stayed. Market was also a nice option. Very comfortable seating and good ambience in dining area.

Location was about the only thing that I didn't like. I traveled from columbus and went to a meeting in downtown Cincinnati. The internet said it was only 10 miles away, but ended up being about a 20 minute drive, and the area wasn't great that it was located in.
