The location is perfect if you’re doing anything down at The Banks.

The floor in our room wasn’t cleaned very well. I could see dirt and dust. The breakfast isn’t a traditional buffet, like what comes to mind for most hotels. You choose from four options and they bring what you chose out to you. If you like a big breakfast to start your day, this isn’t going to do it.

It is right across the street from the baseball park and right next to the river.

No obvious sign for the hidden hotel entrance. Very stressful with roadblocks for sports events.

It was so close to everything! I booked a stay for us to go to a concert at the Andrew Bradly Music center and I didn’t even realize it was so close we just walked! It was about a 3 min walk! We had planed to uber! But we got to walk and got to look at a few cool places near by! The staff was super nice and helpful! We had never stayed in Cincinnati before so we had lots of questions and the guy at the front desk was so amazing! We felt so comfortable and we will definitely book again!

parking fee Also the Room my son Joseph Wespiser 705 had to broken chairs they removed after on collapsed when I sat down. The chair had two broken legs that had been badly glued after breaking off before I sat in it and with out movement it collapsed. I was sore the next day for my travel to Michigan. One other chair at the table had been poorly repaired and all table chairs were removed by hotel staff after my son called to have them removed. My room was 514 and was acceptable.

Location is great. Front desk was extremely helpful and nice.

They have a bar upstairs. The bar tenders couldn't keep up the long line extremely, and the staff upstairs was stressed, and it showed. The bar inside was extremely busy too way to busy to only have one bar tender but stayed friendly and worked quickly as possible. Staffing for bar areas was not prepared for a sold-out hotel and one of the busy weekends in Cincinnati.

Friendly staff; modern; clean, comfortable; food places close by. Bed comfortable. We just love it!!! I ask about location of a pharmacy because of eyes dry due allergies. The front desk person found some eye drop as the pharmacy was closed!! That was sooo wonderful! I will definitely stay at this facility again Loved the breakfast

The location was amazing - beautiful view from outside on the balcony. Staff was friendly! I enjoyed the complimentary lavender in the lobby.

The sliding door for the balcony was extremely dirty, preventing us from being able to enjoy the view unless we were outside on the balcony. Also when I moved the curtain to the door, the balcony door frame looked like it was falling apart. The shower was also not very clean.

We love the location of the place. You are able to walk to many different restaurants. We always stay here when going to a baseball game so it is a short walk. The view is amazing.

The only downside is trying to find the entrance it is not marked that well. We only find it easier since we know where it is now. Maybe more signage for that

The location was the absolute best. We had a room overlooking "The Banks" and the room was clean and large. Honestly it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in for the price! I would 10/10 recommend!

I did not find anything overly worrisome. The only thing I could complain about would be that the rooftop bar had told us they closed at 1130 and when we went up at 1030 to get an "igloo" they were already closed. I know the weather was not the best so wondering if that is the reason why.
