Location was great! Close to everything we needed! Room was clean and bed was very comfortable! Front desk people were very nice!

The breakfast was terrible. Food kept running low, one waffle iron for many people made for long line- I counted 9 in line at one point (9 x 2.5 min to make a waffle = more time than I had to wait on a waffle). Waffle batter ran out and the woman working was hateful. Fruit and other items were out both mornings. I asked if there was more and she fussed, then she went to the back room and I heard her fussing to others that I had opened a drawer to look for jelly. Not a good representative for your hotel.

For the most part, it was wonderful. Truly, my only complaint was that the pillows were awful. We went to bed at 11pm and I couldn't fall asleep until after 4:30am. They were flat and felt empty inside. I normally don't have issues, but this was just horrible. Aside from that, everything was great! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and didn't look old or out of date. The breakfast in the morning was much better than I expected, the eggs and sausage were hot and delicious, my husband's waffle was lovely, the coffee was acceptable, and the peach juice was yummy! When we were checking out, Heather at the counter was an absolute joy! We chatted and she was lovely, we ended up having a lot in common, which was oddly satisfying. Besides the pillow issue, this was one of my favorite random overnight stays.

What do I like about the property? The value for the price is excellent. It’s conveniently located near downtown Cincinnati and right on the levee, offering easy access to hundreds of attractions and activities—all within walking distance. (We come for the Reds and Taste of Cincinnati each year. Go Reds!!!) Unlike many downtown hotels, this one remains reasonably priced, making it a great option for travelers. And cheap parking too (love)! It’s a popular spot, so booking in advance is recommended—but absolutely worth it.

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was pretty good, lobby coffee was decent. Beds, pillows, and bedding were clean and comfortable.

Check in at most hotels is 3pm, it's 4pm here with 11am checkout. This was a major inconvenience on my recent visit. The microwave wasn't functional, so I couldn't even eat my dinner when I got back from the function I was attending. The coffee in the room is just undrinkable, the toilet paper cheap and crappy. Even the towels, which are normally quite nice at Hilton properties, were tiny and inadequate, both in the room and especially at the pool. I don't like to complain about such an otherwise wonderful trip. But coffee and toilet paper are kind of important to me.

I always check all the mattresses of any hotel we stay in and ours were immaculate...the rooms and facilities were very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and got us anything we needed right away. The breakfast food was not 5 star but it was good and had a decent selection. The pool was smaller than we thought it would be but our family of five still had a great time playing in it and the pool deck was very clean and towels well stocked.

The only thing I did not like was the coffee. Feel like for such a nice place they could have a little bit better brand of coffee.

The location was perfect for what we were there for! An easy walk to Heritage Bank Center made it the perfect hotel for the concert we were in town to see. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was stocked with towels and soap, the TV with streaming services was a huge.plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful! They were slammed with everyone going to see the concert, but kept a smiling face 24/7! We were able to utilize the free breakfast and it was actually really good! The dining area is very well put together and they kept everything stocked despite being very busy. They really did hospitality the right way! We will always pick this hotel when going to concerts in Cincinnati!

The price was a bit up there, but all things considered it was still a good deal! We booked late, and with the concert going on most of the hotels in the area were completely booked. Our room was a conjoined room which was unexpected, but not a huge deal as we had no issues with our neighbors. I'm super glad we went with this hotel, it was a great experience!

It was close to the Newport aquarium (the reason we went to this location), it was absolutely beautiful, I loved having my coffee 24/7, staff was friendly, breakfast was wonderful and fresh, loved having toiletries in the bathroom, the place was kept immaculate. We were very impressed.

The bed was soooo hard, like sleeping on a wooden plank. I wish we had more pillows in the closet for the pull out bed for our child. The pool water was super cold, I wish this was heated to a higher temp. (Everyone in the pool room was talking about how cold the water was). I wish the pool towels were bigger, most people are fluffy and if I had known I would’ve brought my own. These are hand towel sizes.

The closeness to the Newport Aquarium which was the reason for our visit. The hotel was rated highly by families for closeness to attractions, cleanliness, value and friendly staff. Plus, it had an indoor pool. The breakfast was good, just wished there was sausage or bacon. Bed was comfortable. Staff at check in and check out were friendly and courteous.

Our bathroom had a weird smell, but it was clean and had ample towels and wash clothes. The shampoo bottle was empty, but I always pack our own bottle, and we were there for only one night.

Everything was really clean. Our room was nice, the bed was so comfy. Usually hotel beds and pillows are awful, not here! I actually was able to sleep. Which is a first. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good the gentleman who was the breakfast attendant was super friendly and funny! Even when my little ones got a little rambunctious because they were excited about the days activities his attitude didn’t waver. He noticed they weren’t eating and came up to me and said “grab those pop tarts I bet they will snack on those later!” All the staff that we talked to were so Nice and friendly. They made our children feel welcome which is a huge plus! They all talked to them, gave them fruit snacks, and made sure we had what we needed! I feel like most hotels when you walk in with toddlers, the staff attitudes towards you tend to shift. We were very impressed by everything about this hotel. If we ever come back to the ares we will definitely be booking here!

The hall ways were kind of hot. That’s my only complaint which isn’t a big deal since you usually don’t spend a lot of time in hotel hallways anyway!

The cleanliness of the building, I appreciated that you could smell and see how clean everything was. Also I spilled some crumbs and stopped a house keeping staffer and asked if he could stop in our room to sweep my mess and when we returned every thing was swept and our bed was made. This meant so much.

The continental breakfast was ok. The waffle was very good but would have liked to see a bit more options and for eggs scrambled would be better cause the other eggs served were not very good.
