The front desk accommodations were gray, the staff is friendly and did a good job to accommodate everybody. There were some hiccups with the reservations of some guest members in our group, but they were resolved quickly.

They mistakenly canceled 2 rooms in our group the day before it was supposed to. Remove the luggage from the rooms and upset some of our guests. Just be sure to confirm specific dates when checking in.

Location for Cincinnati was excellent. Room was spacious and tidy. Bed was a wee bit hard but good size. View was nice with a glimpse of the Ohio River and the Cincinnati skyline. Restaurant/bar was clean and offered a good range but closed a bit early at 10pm

The room was very spacious and clean. We loved the view and the location was great. Everyone was friendly. There is a lot going on in the hotel, but it is very quiet, highly recommend.

Really, there was nothing that we didn't like. The only thing I would change is the rooms did seem kind of hot even with the air on high, but it was a very hot a humid weekend.

We liked the location. We could walk to the ballgame we were going to. Also, there was a nice walking area along the river.

The bathroom in our room needed to be redone especially the shower. It was very narrow. I expected the room to be nicer due to the price of the room.

Very noisy in room could hear other guests closing doors, running water and people moving around in the hallway. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. Also room price and commissary’s were very pricey

Even though we paid our room in advance they put a $50 hold on my debit card for room service it was supposed to be refunded as soon as we checked out as long as we didn't use it. but it took a week for it to be refurned..

We received two complimentary breakfasts due to a mix-up relating to our room. The staff immediately moved us to a river view room. Exceptional service!

One and only complaint was we felt our bed was on the stiff side. Otherwise, an impressive hotel that we would happily return to!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and out were smooth and quick. Valet service was responsive and pleasant! The hotel sits on the riverfront and the views from that side are absolutely gorgeous. There is also quick access to patios and amphitheaters w/up close views of Cincinnati’s iconic downtown.

A little pricy but worth it for a short stay.

I thought I had a room with a tub. It's not very clear what rooms have tubs. The shower door wouldn't stay closed unless you put something in to keep it closed. And the shampoo bottle that was stuck to the wall in the shower fell off.

along the river that night was a festival. Unfortunately, you could hear the band very clearly in the rooms. The Music concluded around midnight. I really needed to go to bed early that night. Maybe the staff should mention a festival and the noise may carry into the room. If available, give the customer the opportunity to switch rooms.
