I arrived at 10:30 and was able to check in. The guy on reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, good size with a small kitchen (although no cooking utensils which can be arranged at the front desk). The location is very good, less than 30 minutes walk to downtown Cincinnati and there is also a shuttle available for $1. Despite being close to the busy I71 there wasn’t any road noise during the night. Comfortable bed, good AC, decent TV and an excellent shower with plenty of towels.

Breakfast is underwhelming, grab and go hot drinks, oatmeal packets, muffins and multi grain bars.

Location was great. Less than 10 minute Uber ride to downtown Cincinnati. We also walked around the Covington area to a brewery and a restaurant and felt safe the whole time. I was worried about this hotel due to the low price, but we had a great stay. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable!

We came to town for the Bengals game. It was a minute walk to the trolley to the stadium. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Plenty of places within walking distance.

It could use some updates with the flooring & tvs. My room didn't have a hair dryer. Other than that, it was clean & comfortable.

Room 311 was very nice, clean. Romm was remodeled. Parking lot is shared with a holiday inn at twice the rate. Pleasantly suprised. Staff was professional and fast. Fast food and pizza and party store within walking distance!

These hotels in this location are located under bridges in Cincinnati. It was not very loud though. Elevator is slow.

The hotel is close to various bus line stops, an excellent choice if you plan to take public transportation. The room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, I was able to leave my luggage there for a few hours after checking out, so that I could do some sightseeing before leaving the city. Russell was very resourceful solving the scanner issue for my credit payment. For my second night I got a quiet room as requested, it made a huge difference. Thank you all!

Didn't have cups in the room for my second stay. For my first stay I didn't get a quiet room that I requested, the traffic noise kept me up all night.

Staff was very friendly and quick to solve any issue. Comfy, clean, no bugs. That's about all I'm looking for in a hotel. Breakfast wasn't as big of a variety as the picture looked. That's OK though, they had coffee.

Convenience to all locations we needed

Front doors was locked at 11. Security I can understand but having to carry luggage bags up 3 flight of stairs was rough.

Very little hot water prices for the laundry room way to high for washing clothes 3.00 dollars to wash and 3.00 dollars to Dry way to expensive

Breakfast was as advertised - not really breakfast - but they had coffee, tea, oatmeal, grits, muffins,...& it was "grab & go" ...which was OK

The convenience of a kitchen. Friendly staff.
