The room had enough dishware and towels for four people and included a kitchenette. Additionally, there was a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a toaster! The couch had a pull-out bed which I did not need, but would be enough to house the two extra people we had items for. The breakfast was also a nice addition and a great way to start the morning.

Room 317 had a refrigerator which would make a pulsating, squealing noise most of the time, including through the night. I can remember hearing it in my dreams the first night and waking up to hear it in reality as well. The cabinets under the sink would clip each other unless closed simultaneously. Similarly, the seat in the shower would clip the hand rail. None of those were severe issues, but small inconveniences. The loud refrigerator was much worse.

The hotel seemed clean and secure. Anyone staying should be reminded to never leave your room without your keycard. You need to understand that every door in the hotel requires a keycard to enter including the elevator... The complimentary breakfast was adequate, and the coffee was pretty good.

I really only had 2 things that i didn't care for, but to be fair there isn't much that can be done about either one. First, the hotel does not have any parking spaces. They offer valet parking at a relatively expensive rate. So guests are left to fend for themselves when traveling in a car. The second thing is the noise. We had a room on the 3rd floor over-looking 7th St. The traffic noise was very loud and I was very concerned that I might not get a wink of sleep but I guess I was tired enough that I fell asleep and was only awoke a couple times. But light sleepers beware and bring earplugs.

The accommodations were wonderful. Clean, updated suite in the heart of Cincinnati. Felt safe walking to various locations near the hotel. Traffic and parking was a bit of a challenge being our first trip into Cincinnati. Late check-in was not an issue. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with dining recommendations. Highly recommend this hotel and would consider staying again in the future.

Parking was a challenge. Navigating to the hotel was complicated by one way streets. Typical of most downtown/urban hotel locations. A couple of trips around the block helped us land within 500 feet of the hotel.

Mrs. Matheia(front desk clerk) was amazing energetic and greeted us with a contagious smile and made us feel welcomed. The valet lady (music earrings) was friendly, trustworthy and explained how the valet worked and made us feel comfortable with our vehicle being parked by her. The breakfast was great the room was spacious and beautiful. We were able to accommodate our family comfortably and still have room.

I thought everyone was absolutely wonderful and helpful. The pool was excellent and our room was so cozy and provided everything we could possibly need

I didn't like that we only stayed one night. Would have loved a longer stay. Definitely will come back. Also our room didn't have a view other than a wall but wasn't a big deal to us given the luxury of everything else. Wasn't there for a view anyways.

The breakfast was great!. The staff was WONDERFUL. Great location

I used the valet and a ring I had took off and left in my cup holder came up missing 😐 So maybe they didn't lock our doors. I should have took it to the room with me. But I honestly thought it would be fine.

Very clean, modern, front desk staff super friendly and eager to tell you about the city! The valet driver was exceptional as well! Jamie went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!

The lady that served breakfast was extremely rude. I caught her at one point, rolling her eyes at me. I understand everyone has an off day, but it was two days in a row and didn't make me look forward to having breakfast.

Just a short walk to the ballpark. Quiet room and the street view was nice enough. Included breakfast was good. The valet literally took off running to get me my car, which was wasn’t necessary, but I can certainly appreciate her effort. I will likely come back and stay again.

It was our anniversary, n the receptionist gave my husband n I the best view. We rested so well. The room had a kitchen to cook n a nice refrigerator to keep everything cool. A plus for the kitchen being so nice n clean. The room had a hall with a study area.. I like to read my Bible.. so it was a nice quiet area, so that my husband can watch TV, why I study. The bathroom itself was spacious.

The shower has no close door when u get into the shower. It had a door to one side but nothing u can pull close, if u wanted more privacy. To keep the cool off why taking a bath.

This property is centrally located for what our stay was about. Convenient to food and bars with entertainment. The rooms was very spacious and clean. Everything worked and the breakfast was typical but good. There were several rooms in the lower level to spread out and be with others you may be traveling with to hangout outside of the rooms. Also it was quiet during the night. Big plus is the security. There is no access to the floors unless you are a guest your room key is needed to work the elevator. Also the doors after 10pm are locked and your key is needed to get in the hotel after hours.

There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. They do have a cooler with individual alcoholic beverages you can purchase until 2am.
