This place is one of the nicest designs I have seen in a hotel. beautiful entrance, wallpaper choices, colors, furniture was so cool. Rooms were expertly designed. I have been in hotels that are two or three times as expensive and not nearly as pretty as this one.

I am pretty confident that someone came into our hotel room and ate popcorn. We had left for most the day, came back and there was popcorn crumbs on the bed and on the floor. Neither of us had popcorn or any food outside of a chocolate bar in the hotel. We didn't even open the bag of BBQ chips from the front desk, my brother is a much bigger fan of them so we brought them back to him.

Staff was friendly. Parking garage a little tricky…$10 per night would be fair price. Breakfast was average at best, again $10 would be fair. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable.

Costs of parking and breakfast too high. Workout facilities were outdated. Always nice at other hotels to be able to grab a complimentary coffee or water on the way in/out.

Location was close to the concert venue we went to Showers were phenomenal

2 things - AC in room was controlled by wall thermostat, which we did not know until calling the front desk. A sign for guests would be helpful and alleviate unnecessary calls to the staff. Parking for guests staying at the hotel should be complimentary/ included in room rate.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.The staff during check-in was friendly and helpful with suggestions of local places to eat.

The hotel does not have their own parking lot. The only option for parking was a parking garage for an additional $16 fee. Also, we requested a late checkout time, which the check-in staff said would not be a problem. However, housekeeping woke us up at 11am when they tried entering our room, then proceeded to knock on the door until we answered because we were supposed to be checked out already. A few minutes after explaining to them that we requested a late checkout, someone at the front desk called stating that they didn't have record of the request. After that was sorted out, we were too awake to go back to sleep.

Very clean. Friendly staff willing to give recommendations and directions. I was in town for less than 24 hours for a concert at the Hard Rock and this was the perfect spot to be.

It was a little bit farther to the Hard Rock than expected (which still isn't far but it's a solid 6-7 minute walk) Plenty of people were staying here and walked this way after the show so it didn't feel like an unsafe walk in the dark.

Our room was excellent, probably the best hotel we've stayed thus far. We travel alot to just get away and we were very impressed with this hotel.

I'd say the only we didn't like was having to pay for parking. Maybe validated parking when staying at the Voco.

The staff was fantastic. Room was clean. Location was great.

We had a small problem with out shower, but was fixed immediately. Offered late check out and accepted but cleaning staff knocked on our door at 10am.then every 30 minutes after. There was a communication issue definitely. We ended up leaving way before our late check out.

Was there for a football and game and me nd my lady had good time she got to sleep in with peace and quite and I got to work out enjoy the gym didn’t get to use the pool kept getting crowded but overall had a good time bar was nice inside the building as well

In a great walking location from the hard rock casino, friendly staff and clean rooms.

No view but understandable considering the location. Most holiday inns have free breakfast this location does not. At the very least a discount at the restaurant attached would be nice.

The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good. Loved the location. Parking next door and reasonably priced was great. Plenty of eating places within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
