The location.

Short staffed. The valet person was late to work and so was the person working in the restaurant. Thankfully, you have one employee (I can't remember the guy's name, he is getting ready to graduate from UC) who worked at the front desk, who went above and beyond his duties, to make up for the employees that don't show up on time. Also, you would think the Marriott would offer complimentary coffee since the rooms cost approximately $250 bucks a night!

Great location, polite staff, the bathroom was nice along with the complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Easy to check in and out. Hotel was very nice and clean. Easily able to walk to any location in the city from here.

The elevator door will take you out, it closes extremely fast. Paid breakfast, not able to adjust the AC freely, could only change it by 1 or 2 degrees. Pillows were rather lackluster and slightly uncomfortable.

The hotel and room were beautiful, the location is perfect for going out into the city. All staff was polite and accommodating.

During the visit, there was just a minor issue concerning an elevator being down and congestion for going either up or down ensued afterwards.

Staff were great-

We asked for our car the day we were leaving and were very disappointed. A huge footprint in the passenger front seat was noticeable-also, the car smelled like weed. We turned on the AC and an even more blew in the car. It was just very disappointing and made the owner of the car very upset.

I would not normally stay in a hotel but I wanted to be downtown near the conference I was attending. The staff were the true stars. Everyone, down to the housekeepers, were so nice and friendly. Everything was clean and well done.

I didn't eat at the restaurant or breakfast. Would recommend milk in y'alls grab-and-go area. For people's coffee in their rooms and such.

Clean facility bed was very comfortable and staff very nice room was clean!!

Did not take cash? I don't like cashless options , I always carry cash and would prefer paying with cash . No complementary breakfast . Food downstairs to pricey😬

I love the convenience of being downtown and in walking distance of all beautiful restaurants in the vicinity.. Fountain square is a wonderful place to visit and have a lunch..

The valet driver accidentally scraped the passenger side front rim to the car from the curb..

The staff was excellent and very friendly! The staff at the lounge (bar) was very friendly and helpful as well.

The room was a bit chilly and the view was uneventful (lower floor), but the room itself looked exactly like the picture.

Great location for downtown activities but also pretty quiet. Spacious, comfortable room and immaculate bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff.

Would have liked a safe in the room.

Loved the rooms and high ceilings. Very comfortable hotel and the staff was pleasant and sensitive to guest needs.

Parking not included in hotel, had to park next door at a different hotel. Shower had pubes in the drain. Trash wasn’t taken out and didn’t restock coffee.
