The breakfast is worth the extra money for the room if that’s something that is important to you. It is a full buffet style breakfast. My husband was super impressed with the made to order omelets, my daughter in law doesn’t eat pork-and it made her feel so welcome that they had both pork & turkey bacon & sausage on the buffet. She was just so happy to eat meat. It is the little things that make you feel like you belong and matter as a guest. Parking was super easy, location is great. If you don’t have a car there is a Cincy Trolly in the area.

Nothing-no complaints. The only problem we had as the beds are super comfy and high. My father has Parkinson’s and I didn’t realize he had trouble getting into tall beds-due to loss of mobility in his arms. My mother is older and she had trouble getting into one too. My dad rolled off and got hurt, but that is not the hotels fault. So not sure if the hotel can take requests for stools for shorter or older people..I never thought about it. So if you have some challenges like this-as my parents do, or special needs person, or shorter etc-you may want to ask about how they can accommodate.

I liked that I could have my dog with me and I loved the size of the rooms. I only wished I could stay longer! It was a quick stay, but a good experience in general. The late night front desk folks were very helpful and courteous.

I self-parked (opted out of valet) because I had my dog with me as well as three bags, and I wanted to be able to do things on my time. They were very sweet and guided me to where to self-park under the building, however I did have to pay for parking when I left, $12 for maybe 8 hours of parking (I asked the front desk if they validate, and she said no). Parking should have been free.

The staff were very friendly!! When you first come in on ground level you have to take the elevator up to the actual lobby. We had a river view room and could see Cincinnati across the river. We did have some issues with the water in the shower heating up and staying warm. Also, we had to put the heat to almost 80 to have it be a decent temperature in the room. However, again the staff were all very friendly. The food at breakfast was good. I would suggest having someone wipe down tables and sweep floors as people leave. The food we ordered at the bar our last night was amazing!! I got the slider burgers which were amazing and my husband got the buffalo chicken sliders and the squash and zucchini. It was so good!! Overall it was worth the price for two nights and we would stay again.

Staff was great overall. Facilities were clean, although you could tell the building was old. Loved happy hour and breakfast (omelette/eggs made to order was very nice)

Breakfast was so crowded Saturday am. Not enough plates, food etc. too many people, staff was trying. Need to open 2nd breakfast area during busy days. Children (looked to be anywhere from 8-2 years old) were allowed to run around the hotel, around the lobby, pool areas, breakfast areas without parents. Almost knocked us down, no parents nearby, staff never said anything to the kids, nor try to find their parents. Made the experience and hotel chaotic and like a play area vs a hotel for rest/relaxation. We had children with us but ensured they did not interrupt other guests. Carpet in room had several stains and gross areas.

Spacious and very clean rooms. great location amazing bar tenders. They ran out of wings but substituted us chicken fingers at no extra cost and love the fact they validate your parking so u can go in and out all day. Very beautiful hotel and our view looking across the river was awesome especially at night

Arrived at 230 was told keep checking phone for keyless entry then shortly after 4 it said visit front desk. Line was extremely long. My room got switched then Keyless entry still didn't work. had to stand in line again. It was 515 b4 I gained access to my room. Clerk said card on file declined but gave her same card and it went right through. Bfast was great but omelette line stayed way toooo long with one cook and he was doing everything since someone apparently disappeared. No late check out available. Shower water kept changing hot to cold.

Staff was phenomenonal. Room itself was great, bed was ok, couch, ick. Happy hour "snacks" were awful. Ordered from menu which was just ok. Lobby is beautiful and staff great, but it is freezing cold!!

The process of getting to elevators for parking was inconvenient depending on what level The eggs on the breakfast bar were cold, bacon was so so, had to ask to get hot water dispenser to fill and working. Would have liked to have had biscuits and gravy Issue with reservation through booking.com- found no confirmation...had to pay for another room at a higher cost....still waiting on issue to be resolved. Unnecessary stress. Wasn't originally told about the parking validation....had to go back to car to get card to get it validated. Soap dispenser in shower was empty. Not enough towels.

we had an amazing view! The two room suite was really nice to be able to spread out and get a little bit of work done, and a little bit of fun. The staff was overwhelmed (it was fireworks weekend), but they remained friendly and we got everything that we needed. The happy hour was packed so we skipped that instead of waiting in line, but the bar looked really nice as well. I liked the separate wet bar in the two room suite to make drinks and coffee! Nice comfy blankets and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf coffee sealed the deal!!!! Parking was validated with room stay as well, easy to get to and a nice restaurant adjacent. We were able to see the fireworks from our window and didn't have to mass with the crowds or traffic afterwards!

The cost of the room was crazy high, but it was a big weekend, and to be expected.

Free drinks and snacks were GREAT! Breakfast was WONDERFUL! Staff are friendly, courteous and pleasant! Our room was clean with a great view.

It's possible there was and unexpected staff shortage today, but: There was only one person checking people in and the line was LONG and the wait was LONG. Only one person running the bar for free drinks, plus taking meal orders. He was quick and courteous but the wait was longer than necessary! No one answered the phone when I attempted to order room service. I wish parking was free and not $12/day.

Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. Room was easy to get to. There was a ramp that led to the elevators. Elevators came quickly. Good view of atrium from elevators--no claustrophobia in elevators. Great view of Roebling Bridge and Great American Ballpark from room window. Great view of PayCor Stadium and Ohio River from breakfast area. Location was within walking distance of the Great American Ballpark and PayCor Stadium

You had to request fresh towels and for the used towels to be taken away.
