Absolutely fantastic stay! We spent our wedding night here and the staff were so accommodating and supportive. They made sure I could come in early to decorate the room and get ready, then had a special celebration basket for us in our room! Fantastic!!! Thank you to the entire team that made our stay special! I am now a Bonvoy Member!

Nothing! Well, maybe just the tight parking lot but what can you do?

Staff very accommodating and friendly for our wedding block of rooms, the suite was huge, bed was very comfortable! A nice clean hotel will definitely stay again

The awful weather contributed, but our early check-in suite was not ready, the sofa bed was tiny cannot accommodate two people unless they were children, and it may sound petty, but for a huge suite there was one tiny garbage can for essentially three rooms. The tiny bar/bistro was closed most of the time even Friday happy hour time frame

Good breakfast options. Friendly staff. Starbucks coffee a big plus. Friendly and Helpful front-desk staff. Comfortable bed!

Outdoor patio could have been better… missing cushions on many chairs. Cigarette butts on the patio — yuck $5 for a small bottle of water in the room?! When you pay $200-plus a night you can’t include it for free? Kinda insulting

Concierge was very nice and friendly. Room clean and put together. Lobby well decorated.

The location was convenient for entering and exiting freeway although the amount of liquor stores gave the area a very sketchy set up, but we didn't have any bad experience. It's not the hotel's fault.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was clean. Staff were all very polite.

Not a great walkability area unless you want fast food. Continental breakfast would be great. Hotel didn't respond to my request asking for early check in despite me saying we were coming from a 4.5 hr drive.

We were in room 912. There was some sort of motor that kicked on and off about every 30 seconds the entire night. We were next to a storage room and I must have been in there. We didn’t get much sleep.

Great location if you want to walk to Mainstrasse. Also very close to I75 onramp. Free parking garage beside the hotel. Free popcorn and cocoa in lobby. Many fast food places nearby.

New and clean, stylish facility with friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location just across the river from downtown Cincinnati. Free parking in garage. Decent price.

Immediate neighborhood didn’t seem so interesting and was a bit worn looking, but didn’t matter to us since we drove to Cincinnati for entertainment.

Clean, nice appearance of rooms, temperature, t.v., quiet floor and ease of checking in and out.

the cost of snacks is outrageous, but if I hadn't just had to walk the 1.4 miles from Paycor Stadium because the bus never came for pickup, I wouldn't have made the purchase.

Very modern and clean.

The body wash was brand new but we couldn’t open it. So, we had to use shampoo to wash. Barely enough toilet paper in the bathroom.
