Many fast food options nearby and walking distance. Pool was very clean. I didn't use the gym but it had your basic equipment. Wifi connection was pretty quick as well. I very much appreciated the good quality shampoo/conditioner they provided "Dove" as well as hand soap and lotion. Air conditioner was great too and the beds are really comfortable! Free ice/water and coffee in lobby.

There is no security in entrance/lobby, anyone can just walk in and go inside the hotel. The shower drain seemed clogged because the water would puddle up. The pool towels were damp so i had to lay them out to dry before heading inside the pool.

It was in the perfect place for the two events that I was attending over the weekend. I was able to walk to a wide range of restaurants, including a waffle house across the street. It was easy driving to the concert venue at MegaCorp Pavillion. The staff were very wonderful. They were nice to talk to, and they recognized us and didn't hesitate to ask how our events went.

The room was priced on Booking.com with a price of $334.05. That's what I was expecting to pay. Got to the hotel and ended up paying $405 and change. That's not what I was expecting to pay. Was not expecting to have to pay a separate fee per day to park my vehicle at the hotel. Thought the hotel had a continental breakfast, but you have to pay for the breakfast too. We were paid for 2 days and 2 nights. The room keys quit working after the first day, so we had to go back up to the front desk to have the keys reactivated for the room. There was no microwave in the room, but there was a kureg and mini fridge.

The breakfast was ok not great but adequate. The staff was friendly helpful and accommodating. Being absolutely new to the city the staff went above and beyond helping me navigate the city. The facilities were dated but about what I expected. The location was ok and close to every thing I wanted to see so I was ok with the property

Like I said above it was a bit dated but sufficient for my needs and about what I expected.

The rooms seemed very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The AC was quite noisy. There was NO wifi in the room at any time. We were able to connect in the hallway (barely), but finishing my work in my nightshirt in the hall did not seem appropriate. When night staff was notified, she seemed to think it was our error, then seemed to recall “ oh, I’ve heard there might be some problems on the 4th floor”. No apologies.

Sheri (I believe ) at the front desk was above and beyond! I honestly hope management understands what an asset she is to this business! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and having four pillows on each bed was great! Breakfast was really good as well. This will definitely be my hotel of choice anytime I'm in the area.

That I was only in town for the night! Wish I could have stayed longer.

The staff were so friendly at check-in and any other run ins we had with them. The room was plenty big enough for me, my husband, and our toddler, and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the only disturbance was the noise from the roads/bridges, but it wasn’t super loud and our fan blocked the noise anyways.

I wasn’t super pleased with having to pay for parking. Seems quite unreasonable when I’m already paying for a room. However, I knew it when I was booking and it still ended up being our cheaper option while still being a great hotel.

Perfect location, standard sized room. I have stayed in the hotel before and the room was a carbon copy of previous stay.

The lady behind the bar was rude, obnoxious and spent all her time flirting with another customer and ignoring us, other than to lecture my wife about tipping in the USA. The experience was so bad we never went to the bar again in all our time there.

I didnt eat the breakfast since I normally don't eat much in the morning. My wife and kids enjoyed it though and said there were plenty of selections to choose from. As far as location it was right off the highway and easy to get back on, with a good selection of restaurants around.

The condition of the room was terrific and the TV station choices were great too. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The breakfast was adequate for the price paid but could have been better with more selections i.e. waffles/pancakes, sausage gravy and biscuits and sweet rolls/donuts. I didn't see those choices. There was a restaurant on the premises which would have made making a better breakfast an easy task for this hotel. In the future we will not opt for the breakfast on site and go elsewhere. The toilet paper was atrocious. A Holiday Inn can do much better. The 6:30 a.m. wake-up call that we DID NOT ask for was ridiculous too. We were vacationing not working!

Breakfast was just ok. I missed the Cinnamon rolls HI used to serve. Did like the fact that actual dishes were provided for coffee and food as opposed to paper plates/cups. Disappointed the attendant did not speak English. Everything was clean though, which is a standout for this particular Holiday Inn.
