As we were attending a Reds baseball game, the hotel was in a great location within walking distance of the stadium. Arriving later in the day, self-parking was not a problem. It seemed to be in a decent area. The hotel lobby, breakfast area, and hallways were well-kept. Although the room could use some updating, it was spacious and clean. A nook contained a small refrigerator, microwave, and sink. An additional sink was separate from the tub/shower and toilet. A very nice continental breakfast was a bonus. Heather was very helpful in trying to resolve a friend's cancelation issue.

Traveling with a group of friends, I booked a suite specifically so each of us could have our own bed (2 queens + sofa bed). The sofa bed mattress was VERY thin. A good mattress topper tucked along with the extra bedding in the closet would go a long way to a more comfortable night. We had to call down for an extra blanket, as only a fitted and top sheet were found with the extra pillows, but that was easily remedied. Not so easily fixed: the fan on the air conditioner is quite loud, and the drapes do not close all the way and the shears do not block enough of the city lights to make the room truly dark.

The location is great, it's close to all of the things we were wanting to do and a 3 minute walk from the restaurant we had reservations at. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and big, plenty of channels on the TV and the staff was nice.

We booked 3rd party, 3 rooms for 3 couples. They had to charge my card for all 3 rooms because they said I booked third party. I have never had to do that before, most places just separate it and put it on the other cards bc we did the pay later option. I thought that was an inconvenience because then other couples had to send me money. Then he also pended the extra $50 per night deposit on my card AND the other two cards. Once I noticed that the actual charge was $50 lower than what they pended, I had to then send them back $50 bc they overpaid me. It was very odd. Also, the shower water pressure is very bad, it felt like hardly no water was coming out and it took a very long time to get even remotely warm.

Breakfast selection was nice and good variety. But slow to refill certain items despite asking. Would have also liked to have a regular coffee option , not just dark roast and decaf. Hotel location was excellent - close proximity to many areas of town and great restaurant choices.

I would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room as well as a clock. Also the bathroom did not have a fan, so it was steamy after showering. Extra roll of toilet paper was placed on a high shelf which is challenging for a petite woman of 5'1"

The valet parking.staff were very nice and professional Joshua and Jinxy(?) were so helpful. Joshua gave us recommendations for dining, which we followed and were very pleased. He was very friendly and courteous. Jinxy was super friendly and her smile made my day. Made breakfast a joy. The location was very nice. We walked everywhere.

It was quiet, clean and a very beautiful hotel.

every room having a refrigerator. I guess when I chose the room I over looked the fact that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. Almost all hotels have these so I guess i didn't figure I needed to make sure of that. But it ended up being a minor set back but it would be nice. That's the only thing I can come up with that was slightly negative.

This place is amazing. We arrived at the hotel, and when getting to the lobby we were upgraded from a queen room to a queen suite. The room was spacious, and clean. The valet parking attendant was helpful. The morning for breakfast was outstanding. The attendant was friendly and even made the waffles for us. She was constantly on the go and very friendly.

We were upgraded to a corner suite thanks to our Hilton honors points and then woman behind the counter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good downtown location.

We needed an Uber to get up to UC campus every time but that was to be expected. Breakfast was ok, lots of flavored waffle batter options and tacos which I don’t typically eat for breakfast.

Convenient location; garage across the street was a good price for an 18 hour stay.

The hot breakfast 6 to 10 am that was advertised was pretty dismal by my standards. By 9:20 on a Sunday they had ran out of everything : omelettes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, waffles, and coffee. Very, very disappointing. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work either.

Great location in the middle of Cincy. Easy to get about, great bars in the area. Nicely placed between OTR and the riverside. Room was excellent.

Breakfast was so /so. It was good to have two locations in one but both a bit average for breakfast. Hard to get quarters for washing machine. Should keep a very big stick on site.

The location is phenomenal--just down the street from lots of restaurants, but highlight Jeff Ruby's and Boca. Boca was outstanding for a special date night--highly recommend. For me, this place was all about location--could walk to everything from here...doesn't hurt that it's a really cool old building!

The breakfast was fine, nothing special--typical hotel breakfast with powdered eggs, bacon and potatoes.
