This place was absolutely amazing and exceeded by far any other place I've stayed at in ohio! The front desk staff as well as the housekeeping aids were so inviting and so nice and ready to help with literally anything! We stayed in the king suite and we had everything we needed to stay! From the kitchen utensils down to dishsoap and dish drainer, pots and pans, silverware, cups plates, coffee makers kcups refrigerator, dishwasher, linen/clothing closet, couch sofa w a sleeper inside, extra blankets and pillows and sheets and pillow case for extra bed. Shower was amazing bathroom was flawless and the price was amazing for what you were getting here, as well as top location! I'll stay here time and time again! Thank you townhouse suites!! Also, heated treated nice big pool! 👌

Started with great hospitality at the check in desk. Rooms were clean and spacious with a nice kitchenette and seating area. Plenty of plugs for phones and IPads. Great patio . Wish we had more time to use it !

There was a variety for breakfast however some fresh fruit would have been enjoyable.

The room was exceptional and was very clean. Had a small kitchen with frig, stove, and sink with pots, pans and glassware. The breakfast was also very good. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The charged me 2xs. Took almost a week for it to credit back on my acct. Was told by gentleman at front desk breakfast was till 930. It wasn't. We missed it. Fire alarm was set off early in morning manager was sweet. She has offered to make our next stay better. Just wasn't the best experience

We need the one-bedroom, sofa bed in the living room rooms that they have.

The hotel and room was very clean and the staff are very friendly and respectful and considerate. And the property manager is extremely nice and professional.

Breakfast was good. Lots of options. Comfy beds. Suite included a lot of extras. Lots of room.

Room was right by road, so lots of road noise. Some areas could of been cleaner

Everything was clean and inviting. My daughter loved that the pool was warm. We’ve been to places that said their pool was heated to a certain degree and we knew it wasn’t because of how cold it felt.

The room exceeded expectations. It was super clean. Staff were amazing. There was a pool and gym. The room had a full working kitchen. Huge tub. Huge bathrooom. Very very clean.
