The staff was fantastic. We enjoyed the bartender, the chef, and the desk staff. Our room was very clean, well appointed, and the A/C was nice and cold! The entire facility was very clean and appeared to be well maintained. Great location, was very easy to find.

The pullout couch was hard as a rock, very uncomfortable and the hairdryer was kinda gross....it needed to be cleaned! We were sad to find that there was no complimentary breakfast and disappointed that they had NO happy hour/complimentary drinks or hors de vours like other Hilton properties

Easily accessible near I75 with food options and a Starbucks across the street. Breakfast and dinner offered at hotel for an extra charge also convenient although I did not use due to my work hours. Room was clean and warm. Heat very easy to use. Bathroom had enough hot water. In room microwave, fridge and a Keurig coffee maker which was wonderful in the AM.

They did not have an operating business center ( being remodeled) to make copies although the staff was very helpful at getting me what I needed by printing things for me which was so helpful.

The staff at breakfast was amazing. The gals that help and serve the food are to be commended. They went out of their way to engage my co-workers and me in conversation and do their jobs. I really appreciated the chef coming out of the kitchen to not only talk with the clients but with her staff too. Very nice touch. AJ at the front desk was a bit new - and it showed - but when he warmed up he was great. The gentleman who works the desk during the day was friendly and willing to help. He greeted me several times and was very friendly. The other guy seemed new and did not greet me once which is disappointing -you are in the service industry and need to at least say, "good morning" or "Good afternoon" - it does not take much effort to do that.

More greetings from your staff when they come across guests is important. It does not take much effort and makes your staff look incredibly friendly. Knowledge of how the keyless entry works is also important. It should not take several minutes for someone to figure out how to enable the iPhone key for my room.

Nice lobby area. Quiet room. Good breakfast. The food staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool and fitness areas were nice. Perfect location close to entertainment and restaurants.

You have to pay extra for breakfast. $100 refundable deposit is added to the total upon checkin. We were in a hurry and while the made to order breakfast was good, I would have preferred a quick buffet style meal where we could eat quickly Buying a small soda was pricey. The view out the window was an AC unit and bright lights were shining all night.

The room was surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. The location was right off I-75 and close to a variety of restaurants. I would stay here the next time I'm in the area. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their face!

I was disappointed that I was charged for oatmeal and a bagel for breakfast. I thought this was included in the price of the room. However, the charge was $4.21, which isn't terrible!

Great location, staff was nice. Best part it was quiet, had a sign when you got off the elevator to each floor, entering quiet area . Keurge coffee machine perfect. Rooms were nice.

Pillows were terrible. Sore neck. They were very soft, no support. Also coffee provided in the room was old, keurge cups tops were flat, can tell if there fresh if tops have bubble. Went and bought keurge cups at the store.

Facilities were nice

Kids were running up and down the hall. They were hitting our door. Person above our room was very loud, made two calls to the front desk to try and have them handle the problem. No sleep !!!!

Breakfast was awesome! Gym was clean and spacious.

The pillows were a little flatter than I’m used to, many have a few different options for pillows.

Our room was quiet and clean. The hotel was close to the assisted living facility where our uncle is living; so, visiting with him was easily available.

Our request for a first floor room was not met. When checking in, I reminded the desk person that I had booked a first floor room. I was told no first floor rooms were available, and was asked if I book through a third party. That makes me wonder if requests booked through booking.com are second tier to those who book directly with Hilton. We were accommodated with a second floor room. Since our stay was only one night, it was fine. Had we been staying longer, it would have been a bigger issue.

I did not like how booking.com treated me they double-booked me by mistake and they are not refunding my other money they gave me two rooms instead of one they canceled the other room and I never got refunded for it I've been trying to get this straightened out since the very first time that I talk 2 you guys and have spoken to four different Representatives with no help whatsoever I will never ever use booking.com again and I have no references or anything nice to say about it all I do is get a run around
