The Hampton was clean and in a nice area close to where we were visiting. We stayed for three nights and had a room with two queen beds and a sofa/sleeper. The staff were helpful for questions about the wi-fi and change for the laundry. The children enjoyed the pool and it was well maintained. If you are in this location, be sure to check out Jungle Jim's grocery store. The location is great with a Buffalo Wild Wings, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and a Bob Evan's nearby. We made use of our stay in Ohio to visit the Amish areas -- this was about a 3.5 hour drive back and forth, so we left early each day. Ohio is a beautiful state, so the drives were enjoyable family time. However, if that is why you are there, then there are closer places to stay. We were able to book a tour of an Amish farm and enjoyed driving the backroads, buying cheese, etc. Our GPS was no good in the Berlin area, but we had a map and found our way out "old school" navigating. A wonderful road trip!

Easy to get to local to lots of shops and restaurants. We travel with our families pet corgi. There was a nice large walkway around the hotel for pets. They even gave our corgi a goodie bag when we checked in that had a tennis ball and treats inside.

Rooms were comfortable; the staff was friendly, engaging, and my son was thrilled to find the little duck in his room. 😊 The front desk attendant made a little joke with him about it so he was expecting a real life duck in the room lol. My family though the breakfast was good as well.

The bottom of the pool appeared to be due for a cleaning.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean room and facilities. Well supplied. Quiet and comfortable. Given the circumstances, I will definitely stay again. Also, lots of restaurants with good food in the area. What else can we say?

Everything was good the room had plenty of room for 5 of us and breakfast was good. And the staff was so friendly and had the best experience p.s a duck in every room my kids were too excited and can't wait to stay again.

It was a bit of a drive from kings island but definitely worth it.

The size of the room was great for 3 adults and 2 kids. Loved how the TV screen tilted from the sitting area to the bed area. Breakfast had many choices. The room had usb ports to help with charging all the electronics we had.

Tv could not screen cast from my phone. The size of the pool towel is way too small. The blanket of the beds had visible stains. No hand soap to wash your hands. Toilet was hard to flush. Usb port didn't charge my phone over night.

We stayed two days and our room was not cleaned. We were told the cleaning team was not able to go into the rooms

Loved the accommodations. Loved the family games and family atmosphere provided, but that professionals could also mix in without being bothered.
