Very clean and quiet hotel. Felt safe and the staff was so nice and helpful anytime we needed anything. Love how modern the place is and that it has laminate flooring in the rooms, carpet is gross! There is one central elevator for the hotel, but it was never an issue. The breakfast was chuck full of options and they had free ice, filtered water, coffee and tea available 24/7 which was nice. There is also a workout room available. The bed was comfortable with one firm and one soft pillow per guest which was impressive. Blackout shades on the windows, iron and ironing board in rooms, hair dryers and dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner for your bathing needs. I have no complaints and will certainly use this chain the next time I am in the area and need a place to stay. Great value for the money spent.

There is not one thing about this hotel that I would complain about.

The hotel was in a good location, the lady at the front desk was super nice and very friendly. She was very informative about all the amenities and where they were located. The room was very nice and beds were comfortable. Everything was modern and clean. Unfortunately due to a prior appt. we didn't get to eat breakfast. But overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing that I would have changed about this hotel or the room. There were ample towels in the room and it was well stocked with all the soaps, lotions, and shampoos. All the little things that make your stay so much better.

It’s a best kept secret. The property is almost 4 years old however the upkeep looks brand new. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I am from the area and didn’t know about this place. I am big on staycations and this is hotel is a hidden treehouse 🥰 I definitely will be back. No carpet! Thank you Dove everything! Thank you

The property was located to eateries, shops and grocery stores. Also, the staff was professional and friendly.

I have stayed at Avid location before. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I happen to be in room 226 when the area had a severe thunderstorm. It was raining hard and it sounded like the rain was coming in the bathroom. Besides that the stay was great.

I liked the location of the property and that the beds were good. It was also quiet

I didnt like that I had to ask for towels. Also there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room. I thought the breakfast was crummy. Not enough choices rolled out on a little roller type cart. Also the eating area was overflowing with people with their bags and stuff. A trip hazard. I had to hunt for a table to eat at.

Very friendly staff. It was a grab-and-go Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. I like that it was a protein meal, instead of a bagel option. The 24-hour coffee in the lobby was great. It grinds your grounds and then brews, so it really is a fresh cup. It's not a strong brew, but worth it because it is freshly brewed. Everything very clean and new. Small & quiet modern style room, no carpet, large tv for space, spacious shower with good water pressure, and comfortable mattress.

Having Netflix or some other type of movie selection would be nice. There weren't any on-demand kind of shows to choose from. Noon check-out would be better than 11:00, but I understand the need to have time to clean the rooms.

The location was great! Close to so many restaurants, Kroger, Walmart and fun activities. It felt very safe as well. The staff was very polite and helped us to anything we needed. Water, tea and coffee was available at all times. As for the room, it was very clean, spacious and modern. The curtain provided a total blackout from the sun! The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever laid on!

The only thing I didn’t like was the lighting in the room. I felt that the bedside lamps were too bright.

There were 2 bottles of product in the shower. I got in the shower, wet my long hair, only to find out that there was no shampoo bottle. I had to get out, wet, and call then wait for shampoo. Then I shampooed my hair only to find out the conditioner bottle was empty. I had to get out wet, call then wait for conditioner. Then I wanted to use the body wash, but it was also empty. Clearly, I just used the shampoo rather than call and wait again. I'm from Florida, it's cold in Ohio, it took my nearly 45 minutes to get my shower. I was there for a wedding and lost half an hour of time I needed for the bride. It was extremely frustrating.

Grab-and-go breakfast is abundant. Coffee, tea and hot water are provided 24 hours a day at the lobby. Close to Provision Living Centre where l can visit my family member there within walking distance. Room is spacious and nicely designed.

Wish to have more varieties of fresh fruit for breakfast, not just bananas and not-freshly-looked apple. Perhaps cut-up-fruit cups can be the option.

Staff was outstanding! Night time Check-in person (Tenille?) was outstanding and the morning breakfast attendant (Eva?) was extremely attentive and caring! I've stayed from Four Seasons to Ritz to Waldorf, etc., and none provided service better than your hotel. You should be very proud
