The staff was fantastic. The free breakfast is more than one could ask for or imagine. Everyday was fresh and delicious. The assortment was amazing, and it came as a great surprise in comparison to the blah free breakfasts common to the HIE hotels. The laundry machines and dryers were new and free for guest use.

I liked the workout room. However, there was very little room to use the weights or do any floor stretches or workouts. Fine if you only need to use the treadmill, elliptical, or bike.

The breakfast was more than we imagined for a “free breakfast”. There were numerous options even for picky eaters. The staff were all extremely friendly. Our room had everything we could need in it. Even with a system error the overnight attendant made sure to get us to our room quickly.

We didn’t have linens in the room for the sofa bed. However, the front desk solved this issue in just a couple minutes.

The staff was exceptional, so friendly and supportive. The facilities were well kept, and the free breakfast & networking event was the best experiences while in the Cincinnati area.

Everything was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and polite.

There was a man that had 3 dogs he kept bringing into the dinning area during breakfast which I didn't like. I love animals just not around food. And he kept bringing them in there. And our garbage disposal in the room let out a light odor

Sofa couch was not the most comfortable for my son. Otherwise great stay. we needed some lotion and powder from the little store. It was really expensive! Staff was friendly and breakfast was delish. Parking lot was full, that wasn't great, but we figured it out. Thanks so much!

Staff was really nice and professional. Breakfast was really good. Love the room, and I love the feature of not paying for wash and dryer. We had to go to a basketball tournament so that worked out. definitely will try to find this hotel again.

Hot breakfast had a nice variety. Rooms were a nice size and very clean. Loved the heated pool! Staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable. My side was ok but my sisters side dipped quite a bit.

The room was immaculate and sooo spacious! The kitchen was supplied with all items you need to cook or clean up. I would definitely stay here or other Staybridge hotels ❤️

Considering most don't do a hot breakfast, this was very good. Large variety of hot and cold, salad and sides. Hot meats too. Very pleased with the offering. We utilized the outdoor grill and court yard. Added a layer more then just a bed to sleep. Room was fine for our large group.

It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. And the staff was outstanding. Loved the coutyard.. Definitely will stay here again. 10 🌟
