The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful! The ice cold water available at the front was super refreshing after a full day outside. The pillows and comforter are amazing and I need to find a way to purchase some for my home! LOVE the music they played!

The pool hours didn’t coincide with our scheduled event so we didn’t get to use it. The parking is terrible! Small lot without enough parking available. Needs some updating (cracks in the ceiling, peeling paint, dripping shower, etc).

Comfortable beds. Clean hotel. Good location for travelers. Just off the highway I-75. Pool was warm. Very nice to swim and relax after a long day of driving. Good continental breakfast. With a few extra items we did not have in other hotels. Hotel reception was very pleasant. He was very helpful when we asked questions regards where to eat. Would definitely stay here again if we travel this was again.

Wish there was a hot tub.

Clean and quiet. Staff were all very nice, pool was nice and breakfast was good. There's a Big Boy restaurant right next to it.Very good value. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again next year.

Not much in the immediate area as far as restaurants and gas stations but they're within a mile or so. Could use a little fixing up but I'll take clean over most other things and it was definitely clean .

Nice and quiet

The curtain blinds were ripped and top and wouldn’t close. No privacy on a ground floor near a brick wall. Anyone could see in at night. I fixed it with 2 clothespins that I happen to have. View of ground outside window had tall weeds and a partial bundle of roof shingles. Would have liked to open the blinds during the day. But had to keep them clipped close.

Staff was concerned about putting me in second floor room because of my cane and difficulty walking. He apologized for not having a first floor room and an elevator. I was pleased that he was concerned but happy with the room. I only want to use my cane on bad days although my doctor says to use it all the time and continue to walk and climb stairs.

I wished for an ice machine instead of washer and dryer. There was an ice bucket in my room only I could not find an ice machine.

We stayed here overnight for our trip to King's Island and we were really pleased with the stay! It's about 20 mins from the park but the drive was worth it for us to stay in a nice hotel. The staff was friendly at check-in and our room was pretty clean. We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and we really liked it. We didn't get to go in the pool since there were other guests there, but it looked nice and we appreciated breakfast in the morning. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to the park!

The entrance was a little hard to find since there were cones in the way, but it looked like the parking lot had just been repaved.

The rooms were very clean, it was very quiet there, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Well, the breakfast was pretty much on par with all hotels of this type. The eggs and sausage were cold. However, the dining area was very clean and the food was good. It was just cold.

It is a lovely hotel with a great staff. The hotel is situated on a hilltop with a great view of the downtown area. I had one of the rooms with in-suite jacuzzi, and loved it. The indoor swimming pool was great as was the breakfast.

The only downside is that it is about 5 miles from the nearest district with shopping and restaurants.

Location was great, staff was helpful and so nice, and liked the complimentary breakfast.

The pool room was very warm and water was too warm for me to enjoy. My kids enjoyed swimming but if there had been more circulation in the air it probably would have been more comfortable in the area.

Myself and my family have always stayed here for the last ten years even when we moved out of the area when we come to visit we stay here it has never changed, always clean, staff is always great , breakfast is good.
