Rooms were larger than the typical hotel, decor is bright and airy. Hotel adults have full free access to the fitness center AND the Sportsplex. Arcade is great too. I like the Master light switch in the room - that makes a lot of sense. Hydrologic Bar has a great ambiance, drinks, food. The Forklift restaurant food was very good and with a view of the river and bridge.

NO WATERS provided as most hotels do. Vending machine water was $3 and CC processor on them ends at 10pm! Why? Then they sell water in the market near the front desk at $4!....found out even the employees have to pay full price for waters...absolutely ridiculous! This should be a basic provision. Some employees were fantastic but night desk person was very dry. Don't like that I paid $20 more for the room on Booking.com that showed to be vaulted loft style ceilings as opposed to the regular, and got just regular. If you want those - request 3rd floor - now you know.... booking's add pics are not relevant to what you get.

The hotel parking and entrance was a bit tricky to figure out and find just go slow and pay attention to signs for the parking. Walk across the street not far at all to the hotel entrance door. The gentleman that was at front desk was amazing, the process was beyond easy and quick, our room was absolutely stunning and perfectly cleaned and smelled great. The coffee or tea bar consisted of a keuring or freshly brewed coffee also with cream and sugar of course. The bed was so comfortable like a cloud. The room temp was whatever you sat it too on the wall and it was central airflow. The concept of the ceilings were too cool just like the warehouse it says it is. I'm in love with this place, and will be returning many times again in the future!

We visited the bar and we were highly disappointed. We ordered 5 different kind of mix drinks and 4 different beers and they didn't have any if them. It was all common drinks also. The bar tender girls were okay and tried helping as much as they could work with, but the man that was there was either drunk or idk but he was very unattentive to us and a few others but seemed to be the life of the party to a bigger group and we went without a drink for 5 mins before getting his attention. The bar was beautiful, the two girls were doing what they could but him he needs to tone it down a notch and help the girls more and the bar and ingredients. The drinks are also expensive. I woukd suggest going out more uptown amd getting an Uber back to the hotel at the end of the night 😉

It was unique and trendy - very attractive. Our room had a great view of the river and the floor to ceiling windows and drapes were amazing. Nice use of an old factory. Convenient by car to downtown, restaurants, and concerts in the park and across the street from the sports complex. It was our first time in Hamilton, Ohio, but hopefully not our last - we fell in love with this town.

Not that we didn’t like but water could have been hotter for shower - it was adequate. Needs towel hooks by the sink. Water ran out of the shower and soaked the bath rug/towel - it is wheelchair accessible so not enough lip to keep shower curtain in - not a deal breaker - we will stay again if in the area. Wouldn’t mind a coffee pot in the room - but there is free coffee near the front desk and muffins in the morning. Better signage is needed at the front door - we drove right past it the first time (as did another guest we met) - maybe bright flowers/planters or something that draws attention to your site. All in all we had a great experience.

Dry neat that it used to be an old paper mill and now restored to big spacious rooms. Very neatly designed.

Our rooms floor was not cleaned prior to us staying. Someone had spilled something on the concrete floor beside my side of the bed and it was not cleaned up. I reported it to the front desk along with the lack hairball by the toilet that was left. They told me they would clean it up the next morning if they could enter the room. I agreed and told them we would be at cornhole tournament. We came back and neither were cleaned up. Snack prices were ridiculous. An Uncrustable PB&J was $5.00!!!!!

It's a very cool concept, an old factory turned into a hotel. Easy access to downtown Hamilton, and there's great little stores, breweries and coffee shops nearby. The staff was great and there's keurig coffee available in the morning in the lobby. Lots of parking in the lot across the street.

It is a bit noisy because all the floors are cement, and sound echos . It didn't bother us as we were there for a music festival and rarely in our room, but something to keep in mind.

Bed needs to be softer for my comfort and the 1st floor room (#125) ceiling had numerous holes in it that was creepy looking which caused me anxiety of bugs crawling out the holes, so we requested a better room and was accommodated immediately.

Mattress was too firm/hard and the 1st room ceiling (rm #125) was creepy scary although the building a formerly an old paper mill warehouse.

I’ve never seen a Hotel like this. Whoever came up with this idea was a genius. I have never seen a Warehouse building. Turn into a Hotel pretty cool.!

The only thing I suggest is that guest services be mindful of their customers married customers. The day we checked in my husband was very ill and not feeling well so we had to leave the event early. He had an accident so I had to go in and check us in, but the receptionist insisted that she needed to see My Husband’s face before she could check us in. This was so embarrassing to him and he just wanted to go and lay down. But other than that this day was good.

I loved the atmosphere of the Warehouse Hotel. Everyone who I watched walk in looked up at amazement. The lobby is surprisingly inviting with its open ceilings with painted pipes. The unique surroundings and high ceilings were the perfect match of casual comfort and upscale space. I especially liked the lack of carpet in the rooms, the fresh white linens and the ENORMOUS living area. You could do a whole dance routine in these rooms!

The lighting in the rooms could be better. More lamps are needed. Also, the bathroom counter: definitely the weak spot. There are outlets everywhere you look in the sleeping area - bonus, but only one little outlet near the sink. More than one person using appliances could cause a traffic jam and may require the cord to be stretched across the sink. The light above the sink is set extra high, probably to look proportionate to the high ceilings, but clearly designed by someone who does not wear makeup. Lighting from above is increibly unflattering and not conducive to viewing details. Management should consider adding side lights and maybe a swing magnification mirror that has a light.

The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Good hot water pressure. The beds were super comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You receive a pass to go to an amazing fitness facility next door.

I would have preferred to have a microwave in the room instead of down the hall.

It’s new, clean, and so quiet! The beds are very comfortable and and there’s no annoying noise of any kind. (Like air conditioners’ fans). Wonderful location in charming Hamilton. My oldest child attends Miami University and this is a great location to stay nearby.

Nothing. Maybe some breakfast treats with the coffee table? -Not a big thing though.
