It was very clean, rooms were nice and they offered a nice breakfast. The pool was open to 11 which was nice. Staff was polite over all we had a great stay!! 10/10 would stay again

The main hallway is connected to the pool and lots of kids were running in and out of the pool soaking wet so the hallway was covered in water and extremely slippery. I slipped walking back to my room but luckily caught myself before I fell. Probably would be a good idea to lay some extra rugs down and maybe a wet floor sign

The beds were amazing!!!! It's the best bed I have ever slept on. I also liked that they had a nice chair to sit in other than the desk chair. The pool was out the first day they told me before I even checked in.

Our neighbors in the room next door. Many times the doors had to be shut a little harder and the were very loud. Plus we had an adjoining room that they kept trying to open even though it was locked. The toilets were short and we stayed on the first floor and the curtains didn't shut all the way.

We didn’t eat breakfast because like all hotels they end really early at 9am. The room was great. The bed was great and so was the bathroom. We were on the 3rd floor. The AC unit was fantastic as it was hot in the area. The windows had curtains that closed completely. The hotel interior might be a little outdated but I don’t care about that. We stayed, we enjoyed, and we left.

I didn’t like the $100 deposit on the room. It’s a little high for the hotel itself as the hotels in Las Vegas charge $150 for a deposit.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of variety and good choices best breakfast that I’ve had at this price point for a hotel. Hot tub was enjoyable. There were lots of choices of places to eat very nearby. Good location. Our room was quiet. There was plenty of parking. The facilities were clean. Overall a very nice stay especially for the price.

Hot tub jets were a little too powerful.

Check in was efficient. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was good but a little overcrowded with people seeming to be inconsiderate of other guests.

I used the exercise room and there were no towels or anything to wipe down the equipment before or after use. I tried to use the outlets in the room to charge my phone but the outlets were loose and made it difficult.

Staff was friendly, there was a great selection for breakfast to pick from, we did not swim but the pool area seemed clean, our room was clean for the most part (there was something on the wall in the bathroom) but was easy to clean off. Close to alot of resturants, Walmart, and Kings Island.

Honestly, no complaints it was a great stay.

The room was clean, the breakfast was really good, and the pool/hot tub were open late! That was really nice. The employees were kind as well. The location was awesome, it was next to a TON of resturaunts and shops, and about 15 minutes away from kings island. The shower pressure was really great for a hotel. The hot tub was very hot and bubbly. And the general upkeep is extremely great! They take care of their property!

The bed was hard and pillows not very thick (but is that really a shock? ALL hotels have that problem) and the blankets on the bed were just too few. But really those complaints are minor in the grand scheme. Room was small, don't expect a grand giant room. The bathroom was very close to the bed, but also very minor complaint there!

The room itself was comfortable and tidy.

The walls were paper thin. I could hear conversation as if I were in the room with them. Also, there was so much chlorine in the pool. I did get in the hot tub, but did not swim and did not put my head under water, and my eyes were burning so bad. Just while I was sitting, before getting into the hot tub, my eyes were burning. Didn't stay in the tub long because there was hair floating around. Also large clumps of hair you could see floating around the pool. It was obviously not clean.

Close to everything. Beds were comfy, breakfast is to be expected when you stay in a hotel, staff was friendly. Our toilet overflowed, which made us have to use all our towels. We asked for more, and they were quick about getting us more towels.

Price was great. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

I don't feel it necessary to have a $100 deposit on top of already paying for the room. I have never had this happen at any other hotel I have stayed at. The matress while nice and firm would have been even better with just a little more cushion on top of the firm support.
