Staff very helpful we couldn’t get our door to lock so they had a new lock put in- only our key card would not work so they made new card and that did not work so after second trip to the desk - very nice girl went back up with me and used Master key and fixed the issue.

When I wanted to purchase cold medicine early morning. I had to wait while the front Desk person was helping someone sign in that was having some kind of an issue. Chart said medicine $3.00 I gave him a $5 and he said thanks- I said I believe I get change, chart says $3.00!?

It was in a very good location. Everyone was very nice. Everything was clean. Front desk staff were all very nice!!

The only thing I would say is put somewhere on booking and your website about the 10% deposit and not in fine print because I wasn’t expecting that and wasn’t really prepared.

Exceptional staff very friendly and helpful! We checked in at around 11 the night shift desk clerk was awesome. My son has autism and he held a conversation with him about our trip and he was so friendly. Told my son he was so happy he'd had a great trip it was awesome. In the morning we went down for the complimentary breakfast it was delicious. Staff was so friendly. We asked for a late check out so we could swim before we traveled back home. The young woman at the desk again was amazing my son kept telling her about our trip and she also held a conversation with him and was so helpful. She kept checking on us as the morning went. We had an amazing stay rooms and everything were very clean and the staff was so friendly excellent stay and will 100% book there in the future! We already let them know we would see them again.

Nothing it was a wonderful experience

I loved the location of this property in regards to the Cincinnati Open. Very convenient and so easy to get to the tennis center! They even had a shuttle, but we opted to drive. It also was nice that they offered breakfast, so we started our day off well.

Some things were a bit outdated, but that’s not always a bad thing. Besides that, everything was great!

Everything was Excellent!! Front desk staff were all very nice. Check in and check out was an easy process! I would definitely stay again!!

Just take the 10% deposit out of fine print where it can be seen because I wasn’t prepared to pay that!

Staff was friendly and conversational. Breakfast was delicious. Availability of coffee all the time was great

TV wasn't connected to anything so it was just static. Also, housekeeping forgot to replace consumables (coffee K-cups, toilet paper, drinking cups)

Breakfast was very good. We were greeted both mornings by Karen who was very friendly and welcoming. She is definitely an asset to their hotel.

We did not find anything that we didn’t like on our two day stay. We will be staying there again.

Location was great right off the highway. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good. Breakfast was good; orange juice tasted like water, but everything else was tasty. Was a nice place for tired people to stay for the night.

The carpets were really stained. Things looked old; cracked switch plates, stained tub.

Very clean, comfortable, and great staff.

The breakfast attendant could have been a little nicer. She was busy but that's expected with that many people staying. Perhaps she just needed help. Didn't have an issue closing the barn door at 9:27. Should be open till 9:30.

It was so CLEAN!! The staff was exceptionally professional and polite. The room was spotless. Nothing out of place. It was just a genuinely nice, clean and safe place to stay. I don't think I will ever stay at another hotel besides the Holiday Inn Express when I visit Mason, OH.

The only problem I had with the place, (and it was not even really a problem) is the pool is very small. Nothing that the staff could remedy and to be honest, it isn't a problem unless there are several individuals in the pool! Again, that is me looking for something to say I didn't like.
