The staff were very nice, especially the gentlemen at checkout who listened to my son and engaged with him. It's unusual that someone takes the time to do that nowadays. And he seemed genuinely kind hearted. The food was delicious and the ladies cooking/serving were so nice as well ❤️ we loved that the pool was open late, that's any kids favorite part of staying at a hotel. The only, not even complaint, but just something I noticed, the floors in our suite did not look like they had been mopped. I felt like I needed to wear my shoes or socks while walking around. Definitely not a deal-breaker, but something that I noticed and put me off just a bit. Also having one waffle iron made getting breakfast a very long ordeal. It takes two and a half minutes to actually cook the waffle, but then by the time that you get the waffle iron set up and then get the waffle out, you're looking at about 4 to 5 minutes per waffle. I think having an extra one or two irons would really speed up the process. ❤️ None of these were deal breakers at all though, and it was a fabulous stay at a wonderful price! Will definitely be staying again when we come to Cincinnati. We usually stay at a different hotel and the price we paid for two nights here, would only get us one there, and that's not even a suite, so the quality of our stay was so much better here ❤️

Ample parking, suitcase carts, fast elevator. The rooms were clean and loved the Dove body wash. The rooms was spacious with ample kitchenware to use for cooking and eating. I don’t see hotels using tubs in them anymore and I can appreciate this room had one. My favorite part about the stay was the kitchen and having the accessibility to use a stove to cook dinner. Walmart, Target, UDF, movie theater and so much more nearby.

The breakfast is mediocre. Sausage, no bacon. Eggs, waffles, yogurt and fruit. An omelet bar would be exceptional. The gas grills were inoperable as well as some of the washers. They all had an “out of order” sign on them. Some of the front desk staff just looked at you and didn’t say a word. Room 227 and the flashing carbon monoxide light at night flashing is a nuisance I had to keep the tv on to block out the flash. The floors are thin as I could hear guests walking above, but it was fairly quiet stay.

New and plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

They need photos of the room on booking.com we nearly went somewhere else because we couldn’t view the rooms.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel has only been open for a few months so it is exceptionally clean and up to date. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Having the kitchenette is so helpful! Being able to make a whole pot of coffee is great and then to be able to enjoy it sitting on the patio around a fire made it even better!

The ONLY things that I didn't like - the doors close hard as in they go so far then slam. The walls are so thin that you hear everything. Every door every car in the lot. If you are a light sleeper that would be annoying. The first night it startled & woke me a few times but after that I tuned it out!

We stayed at this hotel back in March and came back because of how nice and clean it is, and how friendly the staff are.

It was very unfortunate that it was more expensive to stay 2 nights versus staying 3 nights like we did in March. I will probably look elsewhere when booking again just because the price was so high. There were several other hotels that were about $50-$100 per night cheaper for the same weekend.

The tv doesn’t have Netflix or lien YouTube just a few channels nothing really good on !! Add Netflix and YouTube then it will be awesome !! It also says it does screen mirroring to connect phone to apps like YouTube but definitely doesn’t work or pop up unless you have an android !!!

Great location, close enough to all the convenient interstates but off a quiet exit. Hotel had plenty of parking, modern facilities, laundry, small indoor pool, gym, outdoor patio, buffet breakfast, and attendant at front desk 24 hours. Our room was like a studio apartment, full kitchen, sofa, chest of drawers, desk, closet, king bed, large walk in shower, Wi-Fi, tv with plenty of stations. All modern decor, exceptional furnishings.

Evening reception was weak, just a small serving of cheese and cracker type offerings. We just skipped this.

The hotel was really nice, clean and affordable. We did a King Suite and it was super clean, comfy and spacious, and had all the little kitchen things you may need. They also had Dove soap in the bathroom and not cheap hotel soap !! The breakfast was about a 4/10. The sausage and other cooked breakfast didn’t seem all the way cooked. BUTTT they had a waffle maker station and toppings. You can never go wrong with that !

I went to the front desk to ask for 2 washcloths. The manager went to grab them without question, but the lady at the desk decided to question me and say “ohh, your room didn’t have washcloths?”. I explain to her ”My room had 2 washcloths and there are 2 of us. We use different cloths for our faces and body.” She goes “hmmm” Her whole vibe threw me off!

It was a really clean location. Also had an amazing breakfast selection.

I was there two nights and wasn’t offered housecleaning services. When I inquired about it I was told that there wasn’t any on the weekends. However the prices are higher on the weekend which was ironic.

Great service, great breakfast. Pool was nice and clean, quiet. Had decent little gym. Rooms were spacious, clean, nice showers. Good spot with Walmart, target, cinema, gas station, red Robin and a handful of other restaurants right there. Easy access to hwy.
