Rooms are fresh and relatively new in appearance. Rooms are clean. Beds and pillows are quite comfortable. The kitchenette is great for breakfast in the morning and late night snacks. Kitchenette is stocked with a few dishes and silverware as well as a toaster, hot plate, coffeemaker and kitchen-sized refrigerator/freezer. Laundry room on property is handy for longer stays and it was very clean. The shower is very nice and spacious with hot water readily available.

Only one table pushed into a corner to eat at with a single desk chair. A couple cannot sit down to eat at the same time. There is a small recliner in the other corner of the living room area that is the only other chair. The bathroom door is oversized for the small bathroom making closing the door impossible unless you sidle up alongside the toilet and the wall or step all the way into the shower and then close the door. Maid service does not happen unless staying for a week or longer although trash removal and yowell service does occur as long as you ask for it each day.

We loved the options of the rooms having 3 beds. Two Queens and a pull out sofa! The room came with a dishwasher and a full size fridge, a single burner and dishes as well to prepare a small meal. We loved our room, super clean. Pool was very clean, and didnt look like it was falling apart.

If I HAVE to complain about anything, Id say they need to install or improve the means to release some of the steam build up in the pool room. At the corners and sides with the tables, the roof would drip water from all the built up condensation. But it didnt both me, and it wouldnt effect my opinion on staying here again!

Loved how much space there was. I traveled with my adult 22 y/o son, my 14y/o son, and his 15y/o friend. Loved that there were 3 beds to accommodate that! Kitchen, divided wall between the beds, and closed off toilet and shower was a plus! Full length mirror on the outside of the door was great. Pool was warm and very big for an indoor pool. 2 outdoor gas grills were very nice to make some burgers. Staff were great! Stayed one night and used 7 towels no problem. Brought an actual garbage bag (because they always have those side tie ones that don’t hold anything) they actually had real garbage bags, didn’t need it! Water pressure good, sustained 4 people taking 30 min showers, twice! Close to Kings Island. Close to plenty of food! Great location. Room was spacious and had all the amenities needed.

The hotel was undergoing some renovations, so it wasn't the nicest first impression. The bathroom was small. The door almost hit the toilet, and the shower was hard to get to as the toilet was in the way of the shower door to turn the shower on. The sink and vanity were outside the bathroom, in front of the bed, so anyone needing to use the sink ended up blinding the person in bed with the vanity light. The layout could have been a lot better.

Room was just as expected, bed was very comfortable and loved having a full kitchen in the room. There is no breakfast but they offered coffe and hot coco. All the staff were lovely to my senior dog and her needs.

Like other locations, there is construction going on inside the hotel so we had to be placed on a higher floor having to take the elevator with my dog Even with all the construction "mess" the workers were very friendly and accomidating to guests

Great value for the money. With a nearly full kitchen in the room, price was about half of many other hotels.

Lights on the "living room" side of the room would be of great help when one spouse wakes up earlier than the other, so that reading doesn't wake the other up. But otherwise a fantastic room.

The rooms were spacious and so many nice accommodations. Front desk was able to help me and 2 other guests be close to each other as we were all traveling together.

The only thing I didn't like was, no breakfast but they give you so many appliances in your room to make your own, so not even really complaining🤷‍♀️

Loved the location everyone was so sweet, loved the fact that you get to use the laundry room for free

The hallways, on every floor it had a different smell, second floor smelled like something dead 3rd floor smelled like McDonalds 4th floor idk what but it was nasty. 5th floor smelled like dog shit

The king bed and couch room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and came with multiple pillows and an extra in the closet. The location was easy to find with multiple restaurants nearby and less than 10 mins from Kings Island. I would stay here again.

There was some mold in drain of the sink. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. The key card didn’t work for the side door. Limited parking with a shared parking for two hotels and a graeter’s ice cream shop.

The only complaint I Had was room was not cleaned every day . I understand it is an extended stay . I even asked could someone sweep no one ever did .

Courtesy breakfast in the morning would’ve been nice
