The staff were kind. The location is great. It was close enough to great food and shopping, but far enough from traffic congestion and noise. Rooms are large and I like that the bathroom and shower are separate from the sink. It allows for more people to get ready at the same time. The breakfast was great, with lots of options.

Although the beds were comfortable, they were small. The rooms are big enough they could accommodate two queen beds. There is a major echo from the lobby due to the open floor plan and when there are groups of people it can be a little loud.

Bed was very comfortable. it was very clean.

Funny smell. it didn’t smell good or bad it was just overpowering like the hotel is owned and ran by someone that is into a lot of scents, perfumes and smells. odd decor like it is owned by a foreigner. I would pick another hotel next time. $189 + taxes for 1 night is clearly taking advantage of a consumer in a Saturday night.

Aisha was wonderful when we checked in. The room was very clean and updated, however, whoever did the remodel of the bathroom should have sanded some of the wall a little better. Overall one of the best rooms we have stayed in for a while.

The remodelers should have cleaned up their area a little better. Other that that it was a very nice room with lots of room. The night staff was helpful but not so friendly as they were on their cell phones while trying to help.

The Blu hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The location was ideal for visiting the University of Cincy and priced way below others! we thought, therefore, it was going to be a dive, but it was bright, cheerful, very clean and comfortable beds. the best part was the receptionist, Alesha, who was so pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. she is what hotel receptionists should all be like- we will certainly go here again and highly recommend!

The warm breakfast is only offered on weekends and the $50 security for the room didn't make sense.

Extremely attentive and friendly staff. Cute boutique styling. King room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Hot water with great pressure. Standard breakfast.

No blow dryer in room.

Would have like to see a fountain drink 24 hrs just like the cooffee. Alao the air in our room was not the coolest, would have made the room amazing.

Loved the eclectic decor. It was very unique. Very clean, staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Swimming pool needs some TLC.

It had a unique style. I loved the art work they had on the walls. First coming in was like a air freshener machine that made the place smell so good to me. Our beds was so comfortable we slept so good on them. We left early so didn’t get to try the bkft.

The toilet. It was like a child’s toilet. It sat lower than the top of bathtub.
