I really liked the place as a whole. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting me and supporting me through a very trying time. I had been abandoned at that hotel while out of state, homeless with no knowledge of Cincinnati, transportation or money. Lakes, Matt, Al, and many more were all very kind and went above and beyond at a moments notice. I was fed and Lakes even used her own money to pay for an Uber so that I may get to a homeless shelter and have a place to sleep while it was 6 degrees outside. I am very thankful that such people exist and are all gathered in one location working together to make Blu Ash Embassy suits a home away from home. Lakes is a hidden gem, she was there from start to finish. Thank you. (I believe a raise is in order, she literally saved my life.)

I have been to that hotel before and they used to serve these crispy potato’s in the morning that were heavenly. The new Yukon gold potato’s are a huge downgrade and barely enjoyable. I would love for the crispy ones to be brought back. One day If I can revisit that would be amazing.

The contractor responsible for snow plowing did little or nothing overnight to clear the parking areas. My car became stuck trying to get out on the morning of January 6th. The desk manager, Michael, was excellent going above and beyond to help to get me out and on my way. He was terrific!

Your snow clearing contractor was useless. I was unable to pull out of my space.

The facility was very spacious but easy to find everything. We enjoyed the room we used for our family's reunion.

It was very difficult to get the hotel room cooled down when we arrived. It eventually did get cooled down, but it took several hours to get there.

Clean room and nice staff. Room was comfortable.

Only complaints were I didn't get the correct room.. Was supposed to have the room with a balcony, but I didn't say anything because I assumed since the hotel was completely booked, I wouldn't have been able to get another. Was a little loud with all the events going on and the teenagers being loud at all hours of the night. Elevator was also slow.

The location was perfect, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, the pool was nice and warm. The stuff was exceptional very kind and accommodating.

The bed and couch could've been better it was very firm and difficult to move on

Breakfast was included like buffet style but they had nice gourmet hot food. The room was like a mini suite , very comfortable and private as well.

The only thing we didn’t like was we had no toilet tissue when we arrived in our room. We called and they said they were bringing it up and we waited hours before we actually got some toilet tissue.

Furniture needs updating appearance was a bit worn.

Breakfast was very good! Loved the cook to order omelettes and pancakes. Liked having a separate sitting area from bedroom. Liked the water fountain and glass elevators.

Guests near us were smoking marijuana and the smell was very strong through sliding glass doors to balcony. Pillows were too soft. Would have liked a guest service flier with hotel info in room - amenities, hours, etc. Outside areas could be cleaner and landscaped Bette. Broken windows with boards covering were eyesore.

I really enjoyed the free breakfast, the grill man makes the omelette a perfect, he also made me 2 eggs over easy that came out perfect! Yummm

The mattress pad on the pull out bed had stains on it, temperature of room was difficult to manage-too warm and ac did not cool down room
