STAFF WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND POLITE. NIGHTSHIFT FEMALE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH MY WIFI PROBLEM....WHICH SHE FIXED. HOUSEKEEPING WAS ALSO EXCELLENT. SO WAS THE MAINTENANCE CREW. OUTSIDE WAS CLEAN. BED WAS COMFORTABLE. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. NO BUGS INSIDE FOUND. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE AND SHOULD BE SCORED HIGHER ON THIS SITE.

The exercise room could use some new equipment. Some of the functions did not work on the machines. No water in the water machine. There was also a stake smell to the room. The plus was that it was open 24 hours. Did not like the fact that smokers smoked right in front of entrance door.

Every time I stay the facilities are always clean staff is always exceptional. Their breakfast is good. And if there's any problems the staff will go out their way to help and assist the best of their ability.

My issue is that some of the other customers who don't know how to act when they are in a place of business. I

The pool was open and very clean

It is in need of many repairs. The elevator jumped and jerked the whole time, thankfully we only had to go up one floor, and the handrail was missing in the elevator. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The peephole was missing a piece so you could see through it both ways (thankfully I noticed) so I had to stick something in the hole. A homeless person was living in a tent and upon arrival a man and woman were arguing in the parking lot and the police ended up being called Oh and you might want to eat breakfast elsewhere

One downfall was I booked a double Queen bed and our room was under construction. We ended up with a king bed and a pull out couch. Luckily it was just 2 of us. The pool room was so humid, if you weren’t swimming you wouldn’t want to stay in there. Oh the elevator doesn’t work either so you have to use the stairs.

Absolutely enjoyed her stay here , the pool is amazing and the staff are so friendly , will def be staying again soon

Mini fridge didn’t work this was the only thing that we can say bad about this place

it was surrounded by other hotels which made us feel safer. it was very close to multiple food choices and activities. the staff was very nice and helpful.

the breakfast was the same all 3 days we were there and there weren’t many options of things to eat

Room was big, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were extremely helpful and happy to answer any questions I had.

I slept so well, I kept missing the free breakfast!

Nice clean room. Staff was friendly and excellent, from front desk to housekeeping.

Exercise room could use some new machines. Water in water cooler and cups.

Friendly staff

The condition of the room wasn’t what we expected. There was a light out in the bathroom. Food was left in the refrigerator from a previous visit. The carpet was worn and looked fiery.

The staff is excellent especially the Manager who unfortunately has since left due to medical reasons. Excellent breakfast. My room was huge & the bed was comfortable. My stay there was great!

My room had little Knats that kept coming in through the vent in my bathroom. I had to drape a towel over it to keep them from flying in.
