I had a very comfortable stay with a quiet room and strong internet, making it easy to attend an online meeting. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend if you're traveling to work and rest!

The swimming pool was either under construction or deactivated, which didn’t impact my stay much since I wasn’t planning to use it. However, it gave the hotel an unfinished feel, like there were loose ends or incomplete projects. A bit of a letdown visually, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience.

When we first got there, we didn't have a conjoined room as we requested. They didn't hesitate and helped us get a room that works best for us! We loved how big the rooms were and that we had conjoined so our friends' kids and ours could play. Everyone I talked to was professional, kind, and very helpful! Brandon in the evenings made sure to accommodate all our needs for the evening!

I wish there was more outlets and the elevators were slow

The Hispanic housekeeper working on the early afternoon of Sunday, 6/8/2025, has exceptional customer service. I encountered her in the hallway and asked if she had complementary toothpaste since we forgot to pack it, and only did she say no but went downstairs to bring us some. She did not have to do that. I will be returning to this hotel.

Breakfast was hot and ready every morning! The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. Enjoyed the hotel there are enough restaurants in the area so your not bored with the same food. Very clean and kept well.

Everything was well. I can not complain about any of the services. I thought that it was situated on a very quiet street and I didn’t hear any loud noises during my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable bed, nice shower

The breakfast food that I managed to get was good but, very bad planning by management and staff! A large group of men were staying and all came to breakfast at opening and food was quickly gone! We ended up just stopping at a McDonald's! I'm sure this doesn't happen every day but, definitely left us with a bad impression.

Great hotel. Very comfortable room plus living room. Excellent bathroom setup with sink outside. Very helpful staff. Solid breakfast and real coffee cups for extra sustainability! Gym is small and might fill up when busy but has good range of machines with 2-3 treadmills plus a bike and elliptical

Nothing - truly no complaints

Breakfast was better than most but inconsistent in variety from day to day. One day sausage links were cold. French toast sticks were tough as shoe leather. No fruit most days. Yoghurt was sugared, I prefer Greek style plain. But overall it was good and certainly better than most.

The staff is extremely professional. They printed out paperwork I needed. The breakfast was great, plenty of fresh food everyone during the breakfast period.

They didn’t have a laundry room, but they were very helpful when it came to locating one.

Excellent staff, great breakfast and a wonderful room with great space. I will definitely be staying here again on future occasions.

There was an argument in the hallway between another guest and a delivery driver I believe. There was a lot of yelling, swearing and door slamming. I don’t believe this is at all the hotels fault, and when I called the front desk to report it was promptly addressed.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful with everything. And the facility was 5 star, I really enjoyed my stay.
