It is nice to have two bedrooms and a common area with kitchen for longer stays. It allows everyone to have their own space. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location was great for us.

House keeping would be nice to have more than once a week at least for trash pick up and maybe fresh towels. They do have dumpsters you can take trash to and they will bring towels sooner if needed. It would just be nice to have it maybe every 4-5 days instead of once a week. Also the people above us were running around and banging around until at least midnight each night. Luckily we weren't going to bed earlier or it would have kept us up but when we went to bed they were also settling down. It went on every night and sounded like they were stomping and running all over constantly. So, it may be better to have an upstairs unit if you want it to be quieter. But there is no elevator so you'd have to carry everything up the stairs.

There's nothing I don't like about this hotel. We discovered it last KI season. I won't stay anywhere but here now. This was our 3rd stay here and we're here again now for our 4th. I'm currently looking to book next season's trips here. 15 minutes to kings island. Don't get confused with sonesta east or west, they are NOT the same. We love that all doors open to the room from outside, like a motel. It's nice to get back from the park and not have to walk inside, down the hall, in the elevator, down the hall to your room. Here you pull up to your building, walk in your room. Pool is super warm and clean. There's breakfast, but we've never gone so can't speak on that. The staff is fantastic. 5 stars

Wish the pool stayed open later, 10:00 would be good

The location was great for going to Kings Island and to the Newport Aquarium. The 2 bedroom suites made it easy to travel with family. Nice pool and the breakfast was good.

Only issue we ran into was dirty sheet in the pull out couch. This was remedied as soon as we notified the front desk and they provided all new bedding.

I really enjoyed the pleasantness of Roxie the hotel agent. She was very nice and deserves a raise! The property itself is very clean and quiet and some of the rooms come with a full kitchen. Breakfast is okay, depending on what you like. There are not any non-pork options as far as meat, but they have juices, coffee, tea, and even ready to make pancakes. We will definitely come to stay again.

Pretty much everything. One thing that did stand out was the customer service and kindness from the girl at the front desk when we arrived? She could not have been more cordial and polite. She had a wonderful sense of humor. I wish I could remember her name because she definitely deserves five stars.

Value for money. I travelled from Australia to attend exam at prometric centre close by. very convenient location for prometric. Bit far from city but I will probably stay at this place and travel to city by Uber/taxi. Room had all amenities, kitchen, stove, microwave, utensils. Highly recommended for short term as well as long term accommodation

Coffee making machine in the room was challenging to operate. Should be replaced with simple kettle. Room should be provided with milk sachets for coffee, tea.

The layout worked out wonderfully for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the TV's in all rooms was great, even though we don't do much watching TV. The kitchen being stocked with plates bowls and cups and dishwasher was great as well

I feel like the tub should have been cleaned out before I got there. There was shampoo residue in both tubs and I had to clean them out myself. I also think that short stays need housekeeping as well. In addition, I got sticker shock on the deposit because on Booking .Com stayed 150 and then I got to this property and it was 250.

I like the fact that I had my own kitchen and was able to cook dinner for the night for me and my husband.

There was a lady at the desk that I feel was a little rushy not really taking time during my check in process just seemed very rushed. but otherwise my day was OK. Only thing I didn’t like is our carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and there were a few different dead bugs in the room but stay was OK.

Suites are clean, spacious and well appointed with cooking facilities (including stove and microwave), with onsite parking available. Hot breakfast is provided, with standard (and quite satisfactory) offerings. Location is some distance from downtown but only a short drive to restaurants and shopping centres.

Nothing, except to note that building renovation works are ongoing as at late October 2024 (but had minimal impact on our stay).

Quiet, good location. Spacious room. Friendly front desk. Good breakfast that was well attended to.

Didn’t like the extra $100 that was charged to my account for potential charges. Knew this going and still waiting for charge to be removed from account.
