My family has stayed at this location several times when visiting Ohio from California. It seems the property is not kept up very well anymore. The front entrance area needs a good power washing. A dirty entrance to a hotel is not very inviting.

Our bathroom in the rooms could use some updating. The shower handles and head were not attached properly. The bathroom door handle came off. I reported it immediately and maintenance never showed up.

The room was clean and spacious. The pullout sofa bed was a trundle style. So, more comfortable than the traditional sofa bed which has the metal frame. It was a good room for a night's stay. In town for a tournament.

No complaints really. The porcelain on the sink basin had a little crack. Other than that, everything else was good. I would have been nice if the bathroom had an exhaust fan.

This was my third time staying at this Springhill location when we visit from California. It is close to our family, shopping and dining options. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The lady that does the breakfast in the morning has become my favorite. She is quiet, kind, helpful and always smiling!

Very quiet, good food stops & gas stations around the area, the beds were very comfortable, it was very clean. I wish i could’ve stayed longer.

The water pressure could be better in the shower & bath tub.

I did not like that they expected athletes parents to sign a waiver, but if my child wasn’t an athlete I did not have too. I did not book through a tournament site but was still told it was mandatory. I refused. A piece of paper and/or hotel does not parent my children, I do.

Bookings.com had kind of messed up our reservation - misspelling may name - It was stressful after a long day of traveling. The hospitality staff had not done a thorough job of detailing the room - Shower soap / Shampoo dispensers were Empty - Changed linens were left on the floor Front Desk Staff was Awesome! Props to Clayton and Mr Lyons !

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and they even had two complimentary bottled waterswaiting for me when I arrived in the room.

I didn't like that the checkout seemed to come a little too fast, lol!

The breakfast was terrible , glad other places to eat were close by. the location was great did not have to go far to find places and stores you like. The staff was great friendly and helpful. Location was great rooms clean and i will stay there again.

The breakfast powered eggs and cheap sausage, the coffee was good.

Very laid back area with restaurants and the interstate close by, only 20 mins from King’s Island! Friendly staff and the breakfast was good! Room smelt really fresh when we arrived. Nice and simple hotel!

Even though the rooms were supposed to be soundproof, we could sometimes hear doors shutting or people running down the hallway.

The staff was very friendly and even let us check in early. The breakfast was also very good.

The hallways and elevator were extremely hot. You can tell that only the rooms were air conditioned which I thought was odd. The shower was also kind of run-down/dirty looking.
