The fire pit outside was nice. Rooms were clean. Good size refrigerator and freezer so we could keep our ice packs cool. Good size pool. Close to lots of eating places and shopping. The hotel is right by a major highway, but far enough away from it you don't hear the highway traffic.

Only 1 of the fire pits by the pool were working. It took a while to figure out how to use it. I was also expecting there to be cooking pans and utensils since we were staying in a room with a kitchenette, but it didn't. There was a target and dollar tree a few miles from the hotel so we were able to purchase those. Will do a better job of reading the description going forward.

The layout of the room was great. Shelves in the right places, an extra counter opposite the washbowl--it was put together well. Good lamps on both sides of the bed. A large refrigerator. Tub and shower. And very clean! Desk clerk was very friendly at check-in. Breakfast buffet good, too, with scrambled eggs and biscuits & gravy. (The pancake maker was out of order.) Plus the more usual array of cold cereals, juices, variety of baked goods. Quite a lot more than one would expect at such a reasonable price! I've paid more elsewhere and gotten less!

Hardly anything to complain about!

Check in was easy, generally clean, room clean and beds comfortable , nice that the shower/toilet are separate from the sink/vanity in the bathroom, near a very cool Brewery.

IDK who is saying the breakfast is good, because...not really. Mediocre at best. It's cheaper than Downtown Cincy (especially with free parking) but otherwise the location is eh unless you need to be at the convention center. Although we heard the two couples checking in ahead of us get lectured about how weed will also set off the smoke alarm, our hallway and room (first floor near the pool) reeked of pot. Which isn't a moral failing, mind you, but like come on. lol. (Also both couples getting lectured were one race and we are another and I'll let you guess the difference. Yikes.)

Front end staff/ lobby area was so nice and worked with us on getting everything situated!

It was great other than the breakfast being out of stuff an hour before it was over and the staff taking things from the area into the storage room before the end of breakfast and not bringing them back. On the last day only one juice of 3 were filled and the milk was also removed an hour before the end of breakfast hours she also didn’t try to see what was wrong with the pancake machine until people started complaining.

I have visited the LivInn several times traveling and I haven’t been disappointed once .The staff are professional & accommodating. The ambiance when you walk in is inviting and cozy as are the rooms which are also clean. I also am a fan of the laundry room that is just the perfect size and convenience for me to do loads of laundry. I haven’t been to the pool yet but I am excited and look forward to going!

What I didn’t like about the property is probably parking, but it isn’t something I’m pressed about

I was at first skeptical when I saw the listing on Booking.com, but I was pleasantly surprised. The LivINN Hotel was the best extended stay hotel I've ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated with a fun and inviting atmosphere. There's a lounging area perfect for computer work or for reading a good book. The dining area is also inviting. We enjoyed a hot breakfast that was available every morning at no extra charge.The hotel is convenient to highways, stores, restaurants, and the Kenwood Mall. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable - best sleep my husband and I have had in a very long time. And, although we didn't take advantage of it, the pool was conveniently located on the same floor we were on. It was a very pleasant stay.

We didn't have any major problems. We had to go to the front desk for a plunger for a slow draining toilet (it was fine after the first plunge) and the electrical station for the hybrid rental did not work, which was a bummer because it was the first electrical car we rented and we were looking forward to testing it out. To be honest, neither problem was a deal breaker. We would rent from this property again.

The staff were so nice, everyone we talked to was helpful and inviting. The hotel was very clean, our room was nice and cool with the AC when we arrived. The pool was super nice and spacious, and there were towels and a shower in the pool area as well. Breakfast was great. There was lots of seating and many different food/drink options. Good parking lot, large area for drop off/pick up.

The only complaint I can think of is that the lock on the pool door didn't work, and we were just letting each other in, not a big deal. Everything was great.

The breakfast was hot and still going strong a half hour before it had to close down. Our room was decently quiet too.

I looked at the air conditioner filters and had to clean them. They were full of lint and whatever else. The shower did not have enough pressure to simply turn on the shower head without holding the stopper up for about ten seconds. Water pressure and the lint in the filter were my only concerns.

I like the location and how friendly the staff is. The beds are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The shower rod in our room was installed incorrectly so the curtain would not stay in place letting water everywhere. The breakfast bar didn't have a waffle maker this time which was disappointing.

The customer service was excellent. Nicole your evening hostess was helpful and great customer service.Offered me the that ,Requested not the room that came up on computer. A room with Kitchen. And Sunday the ladies was helpful with helpful in assisting me trying to get Meeting room on Fab 21or 28 due to Megan never returned any of my messages they wrote note so she will be able call me. I did want meeting room Feb 7th.
