Hands down, Christina Smith at the front desk was truly amazing! If it wasn't for her, the stay wouldn't have been as nice. She is wonderful and so helpful. Always smiling, welcoming people in and even out of the door! She is a true gem.

We stayed in a suite with a bedroom. When we arrived, unpacked and started to settle in we noticed one remote wasn't working. We went down and got new batteries. We didn't have any regular coffee, only 2 towels, zero wash clothes, only one small roll of toilet paper, no bar soap in the bathroom, and the sofa bed didn't have a blanket or any pillow cases. Christina helped us every single time. The room itself was nice, the tile floor were all sticky, there is lots of tape and small sticky pieces of stuff all over the wall by the door and over the bed. Someone must had a party in that room. The shower floor was also dirty. And those sofa beds are very uncomfortable.

Staff tried there best to make sure our stay was wonderful.

The booking through the app was clunky and made me have an extra night . The hotel made every effort to correct the issue , but the app blocked what they were able to do . Tried to switch the booking night that was not correct . But had to end up booking a second night and then tried to cancel the wrong night stay . Was unable to do so through the app. The hotel said they would gladly cancel the extra night but the app blocked them from doing so . Defiantly a glitch in the booking app. Tried to make change 5 minutes after booking 3 days before my stay . When it had not been resolved it forced me to make the second booking to ensure we had a place to stay. Needless to say we ended up not staying over night on the miss booking and had to pay for it anyway . Disappointing

The rooms are wonderful. Very big and comfortable. The kitchenette was fantastic even if dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. I didn't care for finding someones dirty socks in the cupboard though. The pool was clean and warm enough. The firepit outside was awesome. The breakfast, although not totally stocked, had plenty of great choices.

I would have liked some cream at the coffee station. I did not like having to use 2 percent milk out of the cereal fridge. The woman at the counter during check in could have been a bit more present. It took me walking into the building twice to get any attention.

Very demure. Very mindful. Very cutesy. This place was everything. Our microwave didn’t wok, but the way the staff made sure we had everything we needed even making sure we used the lobby microwave made us not worry about our microwave

Just wish my microwave worked so I didn’t have to go to the lobby, but it wasn’t bad! I was able to enjoy staff and other guest, who shared things to do in Cincinnati

the room had plenty space and could sleep 6, very large room, had everything you needed to cook and clean your dirty dishes, cup, glasses, bowls, pots, pans, and many utensils at your disposal, they thought of everything including the dish cloth, dish towel and paper towels had samples of dish soap and dish washer soap! Just wish the pool was heated a little cold getting in. did not like the shampoo and shower gel dispensers in shower they had just water in them thank goodness i bought my own

no shampoo and no shower gel in dispensers Breakfast was ok in the mornings i'm gluten free so i did have choices, some places we stayed didn't even know, so couldn't eat and chance it

Very convenient location to downtown Cincinnati - only 20-25 minutes from the city! Very friendly staff and no issues at all with our reservation or check in between 5-6PM. Excellent room for the price with a bedroom area, kitchenette, and an enclosed bathroom with large shower. Lots of restaurants to choose from within 2-3 miles and an 18 screen cinema right across the street. My wife and I stayed on a Friday night through Sunday morning at the same time as a large group of teenagers who were there for a baseball tournament and it was quiet in the halls because quiet hours are enforced. We're already talking about staying at this hotel when we go back to Cincinnati! 10/10 experience!

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. We decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel Sunday morning because there were so many families with teens who were there for a baseball tournament that the lobby was very full and there was almost nowhere to sit to eat. But that's understandable because it's families with teenagers and they needed a convenient way to feed everyone before their games started for the day. Plus, we all know teens can EAT! 😂 So we decided to avoid the crowd and go eat breakfast at Cracker Barrel a couple of miles away.

All staff was very nice and accommodating someone that has special needs and with service dogs. Everything was very clean and rooms were very nice. With no doubt we will use your facility when we visit Cincinnati again.

The breakfast didn’t meet our expectations. On a scale, 10 at the best and 1 at the worst we rate your breakfast a 5. We have stayed in many motels/hotels traveling over a period of many years that provided breakfast that offered a wider variety of breakfast selections. Scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits, gravy, omelets, sugar free syrup for diabetics along with what you have to offer. The egg muffin bread was hard and wasn’t warm all the way through.

Great location - close to the zoo, plenty of near by restaurants, easy access to the highways, nice area around the hotel, we felt safe in the area with our family. Great staff - every staff member we met was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for more there. Great breakfast - plenty of options of both hot and cold breakfast items. My entire family was able to eat a big full breakfast each day to start the day. Everything was delicious. We were happily surprised with the quality of the breakfast. Clean, well kept rooms - we had no issues with our room, it was great for our family of five. We had plenty of space and we were happy to see that we had a refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave in the room, as well as dishes and utensils. That was very helpful. Great quality for the price. We will definitely be looking for Home 2 Suites for all of our future travels!

I was not disappointed or unhappy once during our stay.

The location is amazing! There's an 18 screen movie theater across the street, every restaurant you can imagine within 5 minutes, shopping, miniature golf, just anything you could want. It's only a 20 minute drive from here to the Cincinnati Zoo and 25 to Great American Ballpark!

There was nothing we didn't like. This was our 2nd 2 night stay here in 2 months. Loved it so much we started planning to come back immediately...and we're planning to come back in October!

Location was great, room was clean and very quiet! Also, the lady at the front desk was so sweet but I didn’t get her name.

The only negative was the indoor pool was a little dirty/cloudy and it was COLD! The pool is the highlight of my toddlers trips and he shivered the entire time he played.
