Fantastic cleanliness, brand new appearance and upkeep, great breakfast quality and variety, wonderful courtesy of friendly staff, and the camaraderie of other satisfied customers.

PILLOWS were very flimsy, flat, unsupportive, under stuffed, and uncomfortable even when stacked. The housekeeping service's schedule was not explained at check in and was unreliable. During our 5 night stay, housekeeping visited our room once. We had to make a front desk visit one night to pick up new towels. We were apologized to for the over site but in the end it appeared that housekeeping is the short pole in the tent.

I had a 1 bedroom King Suite for a few days and it was exactly what I needed. Clean and oh so quiet. I didn't hear a peep from anyone in 3 days. That's always very important to me when staying in a hotel. The dishes were still in the dishwasher when I checked into my room so I had to do a little bit of work. Regardless, I'd stay here again for sure.

The shower is outdated and even with the hot water cranked, it never got above warm. The TVs are large and sleek and fast, just wish you could cast to them from your phone. All minor complaints.

The beds/pillows were all very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful to have. Room was good. Size a little bigger than other places.

We were on the 2nd floor. Every evening/night we has kids jumping and running around. We had to call the front desk to quite them down. But next night, it all started again (: It went on every night we were there. Also had a bathroom toilet that would periodically "recycle" water .... continued all night and we were unable to sleep well.

Room was very large, clean quiet. Staff were all very nice.

Breakfast area (tables) could have been cleaner. One was broken. Part of that is the guests are just sloppy and don’t clean up after themselves.

The cleanliness.

That all rooms are pet free and they shouldn’t. Some of us are allergic to pets and the hotel needs to have non pet rooms. It’s very unsanitary to have pet dander on the furniture in the rooms as well. Please clean the entire room and vacuum the couches.

we were there two mornings and the hot breakfast offerings varied every day. Coffee was great and there were to-go cups too. The rooms were surprisingly VERY QUIET (and we were there on a weekend when there were a lot of middle-school kids attending a soccer tournament)

Our room didn't have a spare roll of toilet paper, but they were happy to replenish us at the front desk.

The cleanliness of the rooms. Great location. Located near restaurants, shopping and Kings Island.

I love this place. I feel like I'm home away from home. The customer service is wonderful, great. The room is the perfect size for me. The place is so clean. I will be back and I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

I like the quiet location. The employees are excellent—friendly and professional. The hotel and rooms are very clean.

Our door was damaged and difficult to open and close. This is not the norm at this hotel. I know there were other rooms available at the hotel and I wish this wasn’t the room chosen for us.

This was my first time staying at a Homewood Suites and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything I needed. I felt pampered. The breakfast offered the standard choices and was a comfortable seating area.

There was some sort of evening reception but no explanation of where and when.
