The rooms were plain, but they were clean, and spacious— with plenty of room for my teenage son, my younger daughter, my husband and I. They had Wi-Fi, and the staff was very friendly— They all worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. I liked the convenience of it being close to downtown.

Some of the rooms were not very well kept. They were not dirty, but they were not very well cared for, or maintained. (Cracks in the ceiling, walls, and holes in the windowsill’s. It smelled like mildew and mold.) They did not have enough blankets,sheets, or pillows for my family. My daughter didn’t have 1 pillow , or sheet to use on the pullout couch. She ended up having to use my robe as a blanket because they were out of blankets and pillows. They definitely need a maintenance person to help with the upkeep, and they need to buy more sheets, blankets, pillows... LINENS. Also, I needed dish soap in the kitchen, or some kind of soap to use in the dishwasher.

The front desk was very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was above our expectations. The room price was a great value during a high volume time we that we stayed. The hotel is reasonably close to Kings Island amusement park, the reason for our stay.They really took wonderful care of us, as I'm sure they do with all their guests that stay with them. I highly recommend staying at this Haythorn property, as I know I'll be staying there the next time I visit Kings Island.

I recently had the pleasureful stay at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Mason, and I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and overall experience I encountered during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of your staff were evident. The front desk team was not only efficient but also genuinely welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and offered all the comforts I could have hoped for. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was remarkable. Fortunately I got chance to interact with the owner of the hotel. I must say Mr. Sam is such a generous person. He is extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, my stay at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati was nothing short of exceptional. The level of service, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction set your establishment apart. I would like to extend my gratitude to your entire team for making my visit so memorable. Nothing i can think of

This hotel was located in a nice area not too far from King's Island, which was my destination. My room was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen with a fridge/stove/oven. For all of that the price was great, and the free breakfast was very good. They had fresh hot scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, fruit, OJ, milk, and my favorite: the belgian waffle maker.

OK...after a very fun hot humid day at the amusement park, all I wanted/expected was a cheap bar of hotel soap to bath with. This was the ONE time I didn't pack body wash or soap since hotels usually have it. No soap in my room. Not sure if that was an oversight in my room, but BYOS...bring your own soap and tissues. I also didn't like being sent to another building across the parking lot. Not a fan of being in a separate building away from front desk. I didn't bother calling for soap because I wasn't walking back and forth across the lot at midnight. Walked in and it reaked of pot smoke, but that's been every hotel I've stayed at near Kings Island. Other than these things, the room was nice, clean, a good size, and close enough to the park. Id stay again but only in the main building.

I loved how the room was set up and how big it was. It smelled good too. I loved that the tv had Netflix and showtime it was pretty big The air conditioning worked wonderfully. The kitchen had a stove microwave and dishwasher sink and coffee machine and a big fridge with big freezer. I didnt use any of it but very nice to have. The couch was comfy, The pool looked very clean, it was quite no one at the pool all day. The lobby was so nice they have snacks and drinks you can buy . The office ladies were nice and friendly.

I didn't like how the bath tub was not scrubbed, my man wouldn't even set foot in it. The shampoo and lotion had been used. The sheets had some nasty stains on them like every where. And the next door neighbors were screaming at each other all night.

Safe area for woman travelling alone. Clean and espacios room. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was not good and the room was not well stocked in the kitchen. No paper, towels kitchen towel, dish pads or dish soap. If someone needs a room with a kitchen is going to need those basis items.

Good room and commfortable bed, plent of hot water.

Info not in room about amenities, a closed pool. could have used a grab bar in the tub on the other end where you step out of the tub, not on the end that is inaccessible due to the toilet. Wish I had known about breakfast which did not state it on web site I used to book room nor did staff tell me about it, no info in room. It was really confusing how to get to the hotel as it is tucked away on an obscure access rod with no signage to direct you the way.

Awesome breakfast. Clean room. Hot water. No bugs. Nice staff. Super affordable. I'd definitely stay again!

Sofa bed didn't have sheets. It was tiny, like, for one person. But it wasn't a huge issue. Hotel is a little dated, but not a big deal to me.

I like that the rooms were very decent size for my family, the staff was so nice and helpful and they had a nice selection for breakfast.

The only problem with this hotel is that the pool is small so my kids and I went next door and I paid the neighboring hotel $25 so we can swim in their indoor pool.
