The front desk was very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was above our expectations. The room price was a great value during a high volume time we that we stayed. The hotel is reasonably close to Kings Island amusement park, the reason for our stay.They really took wonderful care of us, as I'm sure they do with all their guests that stay with them. I highly recommend staying at this Haythorn property, as I know I'll be staying there the next time I visit Kings Island.

Nothing i can think of

This hotel was located in a nice area not too far from King's Island, which was my destination. My room was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen with a fridge/stove/oven. For all of that the price was great, and the free breakfast was very good. They had fresh hot scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, fruit, OJ, milk, and my favorite: the belgian waffle maker.

OK...after a very fun hot humid day at the amusement park, all I wanted/expected was a cheap bar of hotel soap to bath with. This was the ONE time I didn't pack body wash or soap since hotels usually have it. No soap in my room. Not sure if that was an oversight in my room, but BYOS...bring your own soap and tissues. I also didn't like being sent to another building across the parking lot. Not a fan of being in a separate building away from front desk. I didn't bother calling for soap because I wasn't walking back and forth across the lot at midnight. Walked in and it reaked of pot smoke, but that's been every hotel I've stayed at near Kings Island. Other than these things, the room was nice, clean, a good size, and close enough to the park. Id stay again but only in the main building.

I loved how the room was set up and how big it was. It smelled good too. I loved that the tv had Netflix and showtime it was pretty big The air conditioning worked wonderfully. The kitchen had a stove microwave and dishwasher sink and coffee machine and a big fridge with big freezer. I didnt use any of it but very nice to have. The couch was comfy, The pool looked very clean, it was quite no one at the pool all day. The lobby was so nice they have snacks and drinks you can buy . The office ladies were nice and friendly.

I didn't like how the bath tub was not scrubbed, my man wouldn't even set foot in it. The shampoo and lotion had been used. The sheets had some nasty stains on them like every where. And the next door neighbors were screaming at each other all night.

Good room and commfortable bed, plent of hot water.

Info not in room about amenities, a closed pool. could have used a grab bar in the tub on the other end where you step out of the tub, not on the end that is inaccessible due to the toilet. Wish I had known about breakfast which did not state it on web site I used to book room nor did staff tell me about it, no info in room. It was really confusing how to get to the hotel as it is tucked away on an obscure access rod with no signage to direct you the way.

I like that the rooms were very decent size for my family, the staff was so nice and helpful and they had a nice selection for breakfast.

The only problem with this hotel is that the pool is small so my kids and I went next door and I paid the neighboring hotel $25 so we can swim in their indoor pool.

I like that the room was not too far from a shopping strip or my morning destination. Was not very far from Kings Island and there was a Target nearby. They did have a pool so that was great I did not partake in it but it seemed like it had good hours.

The first room that I checked into was not clean. There were towels in the bathroom on the floor and all the linen was actually on the sofa bed. I thought someone may have still been in there. They did move me to a different room. Once I got the other room the dishes were still in the dishwasher they were clean but not put away there was also some old food left in the refrigerator which indicated to me that they don't clean out the refrigerators. So if you're going to store something in them just be sure to spray them out at least.

Loved We have stayed at 4 hotel in the last 3 months. This is only one that offered to clean our room while we was there. The also offer a hot breakfast. Which consists of a hot sandwich muffins and juice or sunny d drinks on Saturday and Sunday they serve a real breakfast and are adding things to all the time. You can wash your clothes for free. But then you pay for the dryer. It's 1.50 to dry. Their kitchen in our room was nice. It had a full refrigerator a appartment size stove which I loved I could actually cut a nice meal. Had a nice dishwasher and they gave you dishwasher soap and liquid dish soap. They gave us extra blanket and extra towels and wash rags. We ran out tp and they gave us more. The bed was very comfortable. We had a sofa in our room was nice to set and watch tv. They have out door pool. They had play toys for you to play with. In all worth the money.

I didn't fine nothing I didn't like. It's a very nice place.

The place is all I wanted and more. Spotless clean, nice confortable room, the full kitchen it's a great deal to me since I travel from my home in FL to my home in Buffalo with my dog. We are on the road for 3 days and I carry a couple of cooler bags with food and drinks. It's great to have a full fridge where I can refreeze the ice packs. Also a full coffee maker. It's nice to have my breakfast in my room with plenty o coffee and juice. I don't even bother with the free breakfast the hotel offers. The grounds are well kept and you feel save walking your dong. Plenty a green areas. Actually the area surrounding the hotel it's beautiful. This is the second time I stay here and I will every year from now on. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I didn't care but the only thing people might object to is the breakfast which are still grab bags.
