I’m very impressed the cleanness of the room . they provide all the necessary amenities. Staff are super friendly. I picked this hotel due to its location, which is only 9mons drive to kings island. 4mins away from Kroger , Walmart. many restaurants around the areas too hints: it’s 50’s anniversary at kings island with fireworks at 10pm. our room was on 4th floor and facing the main road which allows us to see the fireworks from the room. definitely extra bonus of staying here.

I got reminder from Marriott for early check-in the day before. however, neither Booking.com nor Marriott provides me the Marriott booking number to do online check in. due to the time constraint, I didn’t hear back from neither company for the confirmation code request or help. I called the hotel to notify them my late check in to secure my room at the end.

The hotel was very clean and the staff is very accommodating! Ben is super friendly and we enjoyed his service and knowledge at the bar. Also the front desk was on point when we needed a tooth brush in the morning that someone had forgotten.

We wish there was a pool but otherwise everything was perfect.

The entire facility/process from check-in to check-out was first rate, including the staff. One of the best stays I’ve had anywhere and the top stay in Cincinnati!

Hotel felt new and modern and very clean. It was in a good location close to restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Property is well maintained and close to all of that Mason has to offer. It was clean comfortable and quiet.

Everything was great. The room was cozy and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again if I'm here in the future

The hotel was excellent overall and we were very pleased. Minor things were the only distraction from a perfect stay.

There was mold in the corners of the bathroom shower stall and the tv in the bedroom area had a black line running through it.

Clean, attentive staff.

Location was great

Pull out sofa bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable, bathroom didn't have an exhaust vent, shower had half partition glass

very nice and comfortable. the location was away from noisy traffic but not out of the way from restaurants and stores

honestly I’ve stayed in worse locations and worse hotels and this property is at the top of the list to stay again. I can’t really say that there is anything that I don’t like except I would like to have Jacuzzi tubs.
