The facility was very nice & accommodating to our basic needs. We didn't need to request anything. The suite was large & worked perfectly for our needs. The mattresses were not comfortable but I guess that's why we got a good price. Other than the mattress, I wished we were staying longer.

The mattresses were uncomfortable. I actually expected, based on everything else being so very nice, that the mattress comfort would have been a no-brainer. Also a used bar of soap was left in the shower from a previous customer. We don't use the provided personal products but the shower body wash bottle wasn't opened. I wanted to smell what the scent was like but the pump would not open.

The front desk staff on arrival. The cleanliness and freshness of all locations of hotel. Staff that were present and on hand to assist.

Not so much a don't like, just a missed opportunity.....if only a bar / restaurant on site. Local establishments okay and close but just not the same as being able to stay in one place some of the time.

Everything was exceptional! Quiet, clean, spacious, great room set up, Great breakfast and plenty of room in the lobby. Loved everything about our stay at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again! : )

The room is very spacious and comfortable with a kitchen. Everything is very clean. The complimentary breakfast is great! The staff are very helpful and friendly to fulfill our needs.

I loved everything, from the staff to the beds to everything, it was a wonderful stay. I couldn't find anything wrong with the hotel. I will stay here everything I come to Ohio.

Tons of space, nice kitchen, a tv that can swivel towards the bed or the couch, spacious shower area.

The lighting was poor. Light bulbs needed to be replaced.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was good and attentive. I requested extra pillows and they were great.

Was very surprised that one of the cabinets didn't fully open because it was hitting the light fixture. The door to the bathroom was too close to the toilet.

Upon arrival bz..but the lady handled her bzness..REAL CLEAN QUIET N VERY POLITE..HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH NEEDING ANYTHING
