Front desk was friendly and efficient as well as the bartender/server in the Bistro. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. The walk-in shower is huge and the water pressure was adequate. The location is perfect for gas/snacks & drinks, restaurants, and things to do. It's located right off of I75 at Union Center. Perfect for my needs.

The vending machines on two floors didn't work, but there were drinks and snacks available in the lobby.

This was my second stay here and I plan to stay again when I'm back working in Cincinnati. It's very close to the highway and has several dining options as well as a Starbucks and gas stations. There is a really good Vietnamese place a block or two away, a BBQ place, Chuy's, etc. The hotel is very nice with great value for the low cost. I highly recommend staying here.

Rooms were great. Rooms were clean. Lounge area was well kept and welcoming. Area was safe for families and children.

ATM not working/not stocked with bills. No change for washing machines. Bar area could stay open later for socializing.

The location was great, and the staff was friendly. The room was a nice size for the price.

I thought the breakfast was mediocre. I would have liked more variety. Waffles, especially!

That the Bristro/Bar was not open. This should be reopened immediately very disappointed in this and having to go over to another hotel for a NOT great breakfast at all!
