Room was fairly clean, bathroom corners could use an extra cleaning on occasion. Bed was comfortable. Great value for the price. Breakfast was pretty standard. Not bad, just could use a change once in a while, exactly the same for 4 straight days. Staff was a little mono-tone. No smiles. but also no issues. Overall above average for the price and location I needed for a conference at Great Wolf Lodge down the street. But could so easily be well above average with some minor improvements. will be back.

Comfort Suites was really comfortable and a great affordable stay for someone wanting to hang out at Kings Island theme park. Was close by to heaps of different food options and had great services on the property as well. I had a really great time there!

The only thing was that the property was close, but there really isn’t a pedestrian entrance for anyone wanting to walk to the park from Comfort Suites so I had to rely a lot on ride shares. I wish there was maybe a shuttle service for the hotel to be able to make it easier for guests like myself who don’t have a car. But this is only a very very small issue.

The rooms were pretty clean. You could tell that housekeeping doesn’t check under the mattress when they clean tho. Because every hotel we go to we check for bed bugs. Thankfully, there wasn’t any bugs but when we raised the mattress up, there was a old cheese sandwich stuck under the mattress. We got in late and went ahead and stayed there. More than likely it was prob a kid hiding food from their parent. But imo housekeeping should always raise the mattress up and check before cleaning.

Loved the location near Kings Island! The bed was comfortable. the hot breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful!

The toilet wasn’t flushing, but they fixed it as soon as I told them about it!

Clean, close to Kings Island and several restaurants.

We chose this hotel for the indoor pool, but it was not heated and the water was FREEZING. We took 5 kids and they ended up not really being able to swim, which was a bummer for them.

Rooms were clean, they were willing to let us check in at nearly midnight, breakfast was great.

They pulled the breakfast about a half hour early so while I got to enjoy it while she showered, I had to go get breakfast elsewhere for her.

Location and value!

The bathtub would not hold water in our room and the breakfast was a little cold.

My credit card still has the $100 incidental charge. It needs to be taken off my charge. I prepaid and I bought some shaving cream. That charge is correct.

The location was great. The room was nice and comfortable.

We were on the bottom floor and the room above us was very loud and woke us up early in the morning with stomping and walking around.

The staff members, Bharat, Shivani and team are excellent.

No problem, everything is fine. Whenever I travel to the area on business, I stay at this location.
