On the far east side of town, less convenient for spending time in Cincinnati.

The location of the hotel was excellent! We were able to walk a short distance to reach everything that we needed. That saved us so much time and money! The staff was so courteous and polite! The room was absolutely perfect. Our view of downtown Riverfront was very scenic. The room was very spacious and super clean and comfortable! We will definitely be returning really soon!

The room (large) size and the modern feel of the hotel. The (free) onsite parking garage was nice, and the Hotel Balcony restaurant was quite amazing. Their is a very nice reasteraunt called (Ee) several eateries and varieties of food inside and a bar just 400 ft away from the entrance of the hotel across the street, which was just as impressive as the hotel itself.

Garage has limited spaces, but there is an overflow lot. Also, there are plenty of legal street parking on the side of the hotel.

The size of the room, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The insulation and quietness of the room. I guess we visited during off peak but didn't have any issues with parking. Location was decent for us and restaurants were within a very short drive.

Only thing I would recommend would be microwaves in the rooms to warm up food. That would certainly be a good addition to the rooms.

I loved who quiet and clean our rooms were. We booked jr. suites and were very happy with the size of the rooms. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was great. The free covered parking was handy and easy to access. Lastly, the staff was as accomodating as they were professional. Special shout-out to Alicyn!

Very friendly staff. My husband has some health issues and the open spaces made the visit easy. Great location to visit family and shop without having to always get on the expressway. Will definitely return

The room was very clean and very nice. It was modern decor and ample room for my belongings and to stretch out. The big window was lovely to sit in front of and have a morning cup of coffee. Gym was very nice although I could not figure out how to adjust the height of the Peloton bike sadly. Towels, water and ice were right inside or just outside of the gym. Lots of equipment to use. The bed was insanely comfortable and nice big pillows that fit a king bed.

Hotel check-in staff were not wearing face masks which felt very odd and no protective screen at the desk. Would prefer a hotel that was a bit more cautious about covid. The room and bed were extremely comfortable - my only complaint is that the sunlight came in from underneath the curtains. Perhaps they could do something to fix that particularly an issue for me coming from overseas as I was jet lagged and would've preferred sleeping in later. The price I thought was quite expensive for a random business park in Cincinnati.

It was an expensive night. However the facilities were spotless and absolutely beautiful. Every employee we encountered went out of their way to greet us and smile and were so kind and helpful! I would without a doubt stay here myself but also refer others!

Cost was high but understandably. Not sure there was really anything that we didn’t enjoy.

Omgggggg this place is so cute!! Hands down the room was exactly what I wanted it was spacious. The bed was comfortable! Breakfast bar was amazing! Staff was so helpful and polite.
