Breakfast was prepared to order and was fresh and very good

Most hotels have things in-room like ( a pen, stationary, locale info, local services and attractions info, hotel facilities info, extra pillow or 2 etc.) stuff like that. This hotel had none of that. Their restaurant I was expecting to eat dinner at when I checked in had no food except for like 1 or 2 items.

The receptionist was very nice. Jas was very sweet. The room was nice.

The biggest issue I had was the lady at the breakfast area. I have never been to a breakfast like this so I wanted some info. She was very rude and told me, “what is the issue. It’s a buffet and that’s it.” I was stunned! Then while we sat down eating a young African American boy came down and all of a sudden they made him fresh hot waffles! That was never offered to us or others around us. Then more African American kids came down and the same thing happened. I actually felt like it was a racial issue.

The staff was amazing. We had trouble with Booking.com not paying them and with my confirmation that I paid Booking.com they took care of calling Booking.com allowing me to enjoy my time in Cincinnati.

My only complaint was there weren't enough lights in the room. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience. I had bought the bed and breakfast package which was a little confusing initially, but they were able to explain it to us when we got there.

The hotel was clean and the beds especially comfortable. I normally feel very safe at a Hilton Garden Inn but on this trip someone tried to break into our room while we were sleeping! I left a message for the General Manager to check the security cameras but he has not returned my call.

The attempted break in and two teenagers running around the lobby as we were trying to check in. They must have been in the indoor pool as they were running around the lobby in swim trunks and no shirt. One kept interrupting the man trying to get us checked in. It was around 11 pm and we were tired and trying to get to our room.

I did not make it to breakfast unfortunately so I can't speak on it but we had a problem with the safe in our room and the front desk sent help immediately to resolve the problem. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was happy to see a coffee maker in my room since they aren't being put in the rooms at all hotels as they once were.

The staff was great! The location was great!

Beds was to hard! Didn't like paying for breakfast! Fire pit didn't work , was looking forward to sitting around it!

Staff was great. Very well maintained lobby and room. Also, clean and great location right off the freeway. I liked being next to the hospital and having free parking available.

Only minor complaint would be the room temp. We were unable to control the air so it was rather cold overnight. With that said, I would still reserve here again since staff were friendly and it was clean!

Everyone there seems to like their job, seem to always have smiles on their faces, and very happy to help you.

There was a big confusion when it came to my bill in the very beginning (check in). Booking.com had one price, and the Hilton had another. But they got it sorted out.

Friendly and accommodating staff! Happy with our room. It was comfortable and clean. Great location close to the Interstate and near the zoo. Nice breakfast!

the location is great, one exit from tons of food options, not too far from airport

The bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival (leftover hair) but quickly fixed when I called down. We stay here every few months and this was the first time we’ve had this issue.
