I am a "frequent flyer" at this location. It is a clean and quiet place to stay. Many working folks stay here so the building stays pretty quiet which I appreciate. The staff is pretty constant without high turnover so they are good at what they do and they know the building and details. This is my home away from home.

Sometimes there are cleaning details that get missed.

I have stayed at this location twice. It is clean and quiet. I love that I can cook my own food and not have to buy unhealthy food out. There are laundry facilities on site which come in handy. I've stayed in 2 different rooms and they have been clean and in good repair.

Only once have I been disturbed by noise and staff managed it pretty quickly. It wasn't late night noise either, it was during the early morning. Parking gets a little crowded but I have always been able to find a spot.

The staff was super friendly! The bed was comfortable. I liked having the little kitchen as a meal option.

The bathroom and fridge could have been cleaner. To me, these two things and the bed should be cleanest overall. There were only three pillows on a queen bed that kind of went flat. Some more breakfast options would be nice. Packaged instant oats are ok, but not for everyone and not every day. There are a lot of steps, so if you have any kind of handicap be sure to request first floor.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice desk and kitchen in the room. Close to Cincinnati Insurance Company Headquarters. While you are in the area check out the Wheels of Time Museum. It's a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Since it is a one man operation make sure to call ahead of time and talk to Dave. Also great, the Mellow Mushroom Restaurant. Not too far from the hotel either.

Single use soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Sink in the bathroom was very slow draining. Told them the next morning and I hope that got fixed.

I've stayed at this location several times when coming into town to visit family. Clean, quiet, and simple. The staff is always very nice.

Occasionally there are loud guests. Nothing over the top but minor annoyances. The rooms are pretty good for noise dampening.

It was clean and service was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast included isn’t really breakfast. It’s coffee only. Walls are thin, we could hear everything above and around us. But definitely worth the money.

Safe and quiet hotel. I stay here often and really appreciate it.

My kitchen kit did not have a skillet. Pretty minor issue.

The location was great for us, not too far from Jungle Jim's which we hit on the way home. The room was comfortable, clean and has a kitchen with a full fridge. Check in and out were speedy and the staff was pleasant.

I couldn't find a hair dryer (I'm sure they had one, just not in the room), the alarm clock went off at 1am. The breakfast was minimal, just tea, coffee, pre packaged muffins, granola bars and oatmeal. That said, post covid, this is pretty much breakfast everywhere

The staff were so friendly, the room was clean and it was so close to 275 loop.

There was no microwave, I had some soup I was going to warm up. But so everyone knows kitchen stuff is available on request, pots, pans, plates, etc.

The place was clean , staff great and friendly. Room was very nice for the price . Loved the full size kitchen .

The grab and go breakfast could be better . Maybe add cereal
