The layout of the room was nice. We had 2 queen beds. The shower was in a different room from the toilet which was nice given that there were two of us. The beds were comfortable. The location was right next to the highway but you couldn't hear any traffic. It was very sound proof. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff was very nice.

The room had a red cool-aid looking stain when you entered the bathroom that looked awful. The light in the bathroom was out and the TV remote didn't work. We asked for all of these items to be fixed. They did clean the stain and fix the lightbulb, but the TV remote still didn't work. We didn't have use of the TV at all during our 2 night stay. We were gone most of the time so it was more of an inconvenience.

Ooooo moment when you open the door! A luxurious, but home like feel: sitting area, desk, fridge, microwave, comfy bed, separate toilet area from shower, and firm luggage rack! I was blown away how nice the room was! Also, all Staff were nice and professional! Lastly, it was literally a 5 minute drive to the Hard Rock Casino, so perfect location for attending concerts/events.

The parking lot couldn’t be entered because the ticket dispenser wasn’t working, so I had to park in the parking lot. The four sets of lights were not working, so the parking lot was dark.

The hotel was clean, the parking lot was secure, the staff were super friendly. It is close by (short drive) to the downtown area. Breakfast was good. They had already gotten the air conditioning on in the room before we arrived so the room was comfortable.

One of the staff members managing the breakfast bar wasn’t super friendly and was snapping at guests for not understanding how to work the waffle machine.

Huge rooms! The 2 bathroom thing was great. I stayed with a friend so if she was in the shower I could still go to the other bathroom! The room was nice and cozy. Beds were perfect! Staff was nice!

The pool seemed dirty. Obviously it is gonna be some sort of gross because there were like 7 children splashing and carrying on. But the water was foggy and I couldn't see the rest of my body in the water. Just wasn't a huge fan of that. I also wish that the TV either had screencasting or more than just Netflix and YouTube for services. They also had Hulu and one other streaming service. But if you aren't going to have them all, you should make it to where people can screen cast.

The property itself was very nice and felt welcoming with great essential amenities. Beds were comfortable. Convenient location. Elevators very quick. Pool was refreshing.

Our bathroom door in 314 was very hard to close and noisy making it difficulty to shut at night when trying to not disrupt sleep of others. The breakfast options were a little to be desired as far as cooked items personally.

Large well maintained rooms. I needed to do a lot of work from my room and the wifi and good sized desk made this very convenient. Gym was also good.

More food options in house. Breakfast and bar great but the lack of nearby grocery store or cafe means it would have helped, particularly with some evening options at least.

great location with easy access to parking and the freeway. The staff were extremely nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool.

Breakfast was very hectic. There were many guests and it appeared there was only one staff refilling the food/ drink. The poor lady was doing the best she could, but the food was limited and the coffee was at a shortage.

The location was great for the places we wanted to go. The staff was all personable and had recommendations for places to visit. We had great experiences with all the staff actually. The breakfast selection was really well thought out and had several options.

The hotel looked a little run down in some places. Our shower was chipped in several spots and the showerhead leaked. The pillows were soft and didn't hold their shape so we constantly had to arrange them.

Clean facility and truly we feel at home. Breakfast meal is so good.

There's this black american lady that I felt is very condescending. When I accidentally dropped the handle of the waffle maker because it was hot and heavy, instead of helping me how to fix it, she scolded me and showed a intimidating attitude.

The hospitality given by Paul the evening manager, Vivian @ the front desk and Carlos the maintenance man. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Everything met my expectations, the value of hotel for length of stay was good, the people were nice, And the breakfast was decent...
