I booked here for a night to celebrate my birthday in Cincy and wanted a spot on the river. The views and whole stay were spectacular! The front desk staff was lovely as were the rooms, the beds were so comfy (not too hard, not too soft) and I loved the walk in shower instead of a tub. I also liked the nice touch of having my name on the tv screen, welcoming me to the hotel. There is ample covered and uncovered parking, whichever you fancy. While I didn’t eat a full breakfast here, I did grab a muffin and checked out the rest of the offerings, which were typical hotel chain breakfast items but everything looked fresh and good to eat. Also, there are 3 or so restaurants surrounding the hotel with outside seating on the river that are walkable. I recommend dining at one and having a relaxing evening watching the sunset and boats sail by on the river. All in all, the price is worth a stay here and if I find myself needing an overnight in the Cincy/Newport area again, I’ll be booking here!!

My only issue was the AC did not blow cold/hard enough for me but that’s just a personal preference.

The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast-quick and easy. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the breakfast bar stocked and neat. The dining area, with a view of the Ohio River, was very pleasant. I loved the security of the building.

The layout of the hallways was a little confusing. Everything looked the same, the room doors and elevators were recessed so it was hard to find my way to the elevator the first time. I walked all the way to the end of a long hallway (with a crutch) thinking that I was headed towards the elevator. Once I got there, I realized that I should have gone the other way. I also never saw the ice machines. It makes for a modern, clean-lined aesthetic but some signage would be very helpful.

Extremely comfortable and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious and well maintained. We will certainly recommend this to all our friends and family visiting Cincinnati. The fact that we had a spectacular view of the downtown was certainly a welcomed bonus. Came away really relaxed and well rested. We will be back!

We asked for a room with river view high up in Bldg. They gave us a great room! Staff was so good about helping and giving us suggestions. Breakfast was super. We love the late checkout at noon also! We will be back! Thanks to all your staff.

Would have liked better coffees and small creamers would have been nice to have in the room...r

Location. It was further down the river than I had anticipated, but it was otherwise a great view.

I was awakened by someone yelling after being chased off property, threats of calling police, sirens. I realize this is the city but I was a bit apprentice afterwards towards what I would find with my car next morning. Parking spots need to be widened and lengthened as it can be very dicey trying to park with a SUV (Highlander in my case)

Very clean and most staff was very friendly. The breakfast staff is a little unfriendly. Great location and very quiet. Rooms are good size

Breakfast was good but both mornings there was no coffee. The lady said Saturday morning the machine broke but would have it fixed that day. Sunday morning there was still no coffee but the staff was walking around with coffee in Marriott cups

The lack of awareness to recycling and sustainability. There is absolutely no reason that the breakfast should be generating loads of paper, disposable garbage and plastic cutlery every single day. There was not even a recycling bin for plastic bottles. The dishes should be real dishes and reused and there should be recycling bins there. Also the breakfast was high carb and there was hardly any fruit.

The staff was amazing! I don't remember her name but the receptionist was AMAZING! She gave us recommendations on things to do within walking distance. The room was super clean and definitely worth the price for the night. The bathroom was amazing, that shower was fantastic and had excellent water pressure! The location was great, we went to the aquarium which was only a 15 min walk from the hotel. There was multiple restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room was supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which worked out great because I forgot our body wash.

The pillows were not the greatest. I was hoping for at least one firm pillow but they seemed to be down feather filled pillows. The breakfast wasn't that great either. I liked the eggs, but the rest of the "hot bar" items weren't that great.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was nice. Close to Newport on the Levee where there’s restaurants, bars, an AMC movie theater and the aquarium. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance to fit any budget. We loved taking a walk by the river. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We will definitely book again

I could say the parking is tight but really no cons to this property

The breakfast was very good and the staff kept it well-stocked. The location is good. I wish it was a little closer to the aquarium, but I did like that you could take the dollar shuttle bus over to Cincinnati and back and it was outside of the hotel. The staff was really nice and and helpful when I ask questions.

I would say there was only a couple of things and one was I wish the windows were a little bit more clear on the inside and the outside because we had a Riverview and the windows could use some attention. And I did not care for the TV remote because it was a little hard to get through the channels.
