The rooms were spacious, beds were clean and comfortable. A big plus was the full fridge, microwave, induction cooktop and dishwasher! Nice vinyl flooring which to me is cleaner than nasty carpet, especially with kids and people with special needs. Cabinets were stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils/silverware if you need them. The breakfast was good. The kids loved the indoor pool. This room was big enough for our 3 adults and 3 kiddos.

Our sleeper sofa mattress was missing but they immediately changed us to another exact room with a mattress for the sofa. We did have to ask for extra bed linens but they were provided. I would suggest bringing an extra blanket or two if you're like our kids that need extra comfy blankets.

There was always fresh lemon water and coffee, the staff was amazing, the bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was included. I felt safe as well.

I wish there was a hot tub, and the room was super sterile. I understand the need to be hygienic especially with COVID-19, but I slipped coming into the room from the shower because there is zero carpet. Just a preference! Also the shower could not be fully closed, as it was a partial glass panel which was odd and left me cold even though the water temperature was excellent. I also did not know parking would be $10 a day and it was not advertised. That said $10 is reasonable and I have paid much more. Finally, breakfast on every day we staid but Saturday was literally scrambled eggs and dry sausage with some cereal. Saturday there was sausage and biscuit with gravy and so many more pastries. The coffee was always yummy.

Leslie at the front desk was awesome. Friendly, accomodating and setting expectations on when our room would be ready. The breakfast Friday and Saturday was great, the female worker kept the foods filled, tables clean and was friendly. Overall, great location to get to local shopping, the zoo and downtown.

There is a no smoking policy and I had to initial my acknowledgement, however, the smell of marijuana was strong at times on the floors. The male attendant working the breakfast on Sunday did not keep up on the food, the napkins or cleaning the tables. There appeared to be a group of a few ladies that were not guests, getting a large quantity of food and left in their car. Not good experience for some of the guests. A little put off for having to pay for parking separately.

The hotel was a fairly new build. Modern lobby area & in the rooms.

Apparently, there was a youth basketball team on the same floor as I was placed on. It was extremely noisy every night. The kids were running through the halls. At check-out, I was charged an additional fee (i.e. a "green" fee) that I was not informed by by Booking.

Breakfast was very good and the location was excellent

The pool was closed the first day we got there and I specifically booked because of the pool a little bit disappointing. Also we needed a sofa bed and a sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on springs

The building and our room were very nice and modern. Bed was super comfortable. The whole facility was clean overall. Staff was friendly.

My only complaint would be the shower door, which is more or less just a glass wall/shield and not an actual shower door. The bath rug/towel was wet after a shower because the water would bounce off your body onto the floor and rug.

The kids enjoyed a swim in the pool, and breakfast was great!

The room was not stocked with towels for our group, we had to ask for more. (Our room was for 2 adults and 3 children for 3 nights, we checked in to find 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth with 1 hand towel)

Property was clean and well kept. Didn’t have to worry about a thing checked in and went straight to the room no hassle! Stove worked me and my wife cooked all weekend. Was a great strip for us to get away and do our Christmas shopping out the outlet malls! Thank you for the great stay and comfortable hospitality. The staff was amazing as well and always in high spirits!

We enjoyed the cleanliness and simplicity of the place. We even had the pool all to ourselves. The staff at the front desk were awesome as well! It was in a good location that was close to everywhere we wanted to visit.

There wasn’t much of a variety of food at breakfast.

The staff here were excellent, very nice and attentive if we needed anything. The room was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. The location couldn’t be better being that it was 5 minutes to downtown.

Our floor was sticky and our pull out mattress had a large stain on it.
