Proximity to UC campus was the deciding factor for us and ended up being perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great stay!

Be aware of the extra charges. Not totally unexpected for an urban hotel, but the charges do add up when there are other options nearby.

Spotless room, good size, comfortable bed, good location. On-site restaurant. Free coffee on weekend. Good free wifi. Loved the closet--hangers, drawers, a light that went on when you opened the doors, and a place to put the suitcase!

The decor in some ways seemed more focused on looks/design than comfort; the desk chair, for example, was wide enough for 1.5 people, and the armchair could have been more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was pricy for pretty basic hot food offerings and not a speck of fruit. Were pleased to find free morning coffee on offer our first night--and then disappointed to learn it was a weekend-only perk, which the staff hadn't made clear to us the previous morning.

Property is very clean and nice ! Newer hotel Located directly across the street from Cincinnati university. We stayed here celebrating our wedding anniversary, food was good at cap city diner that is right next to the hotel. Streets are little tight and the parking garage was a bit confusing at first . Not far from downtown or the zoo. The roof top Bar / lounge is very nice and relaxing , the bartenders were wonderful and very welcoming . Breakfast was good , pancakes were delicious and the wait time was not long at all . Very pleasant and the property gives luxurious vibes for sure ! Check in was quick and easy and check out was the same .

The parking

Loved the location, the roof top bar, rooms, it was very quiet. Overall really great, loved it. BUT........

Breakfast was very expensive ( capucino with toast and Jam 18 USD. WOW) . It would have been great to have parking available without having to pay 40 Dollars for it...... (valet). Other than those 2 things, I loved it! Thank you!

The staff was exceptional. Each member was very professional. I would highlight the valet parking team as very courteous, personable and professional.

I thought the breakfast buffet price was high for the items included. The pricing for garage parking was not very clear, so I used valet which seems to have been the better option.

Easily accessible, cost/quality was satisfactory.

My room was located near the exit to the elevator on the 7th floor. There was quite a bit of foot traffic and doors slamming during most of the stay. No microwave in/near the rooms.

There is some construction altering your usual parking pattern, I think. To wait for valet return of car, one needs to be on the ground leverl, but the lobby is on the second level. No comfortable seating on the ground level.

The location is perfect to anything related to the University of Cincinnati. The rooftop bar has a fun vibe with wonderful bartenders! The staff was very welcoming and helpful in all aspects of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is brand new and clean with a lot of beartuful community service. All the staff are very nice and considerate. They took good care of my musical instrument and helped me a lot. This is a perfect place to stay and it’s so close to UC.

The breakfast food was fantastic. The service was slow. Our room was very comfortable and clean however a little cramped.

The parking instructions could have been a bit more clear.
