The staff I encountered was very friendly. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The gym was sufficient.

The blind in my room was broken, as was the tv remote. The blind didn’t impede my stay at all so that was fine, and the staff did their best to find me a working remote control in a timely manner though it seems like something that should have been checked before they rented the room out. I also traveled with my 10 yr old 25 lb dog who caused no mess or additional trouble at all, so I wasn’t happy with having to pay $50 per night for her. I don’t understand why there isn’t as single flat fee for the duration of my stay plus my credit card for incidentals in case she caused damage in some way. Unfortunately as much I liked the hotel, I won’t be staying again because of how much it cost to have my dog with me.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Everyone we encountered in the property was just so friendly! Not a sour face or grumble (which is rare believe me). We had an issue with the phone in our room randomly ringing and nobody could figure it out. She offered to move us, but we wanted to stay close to the rest of our traveling group so we just unplugged it. The lady at checkout was just fantastic with explaining our final bill and making sure everything was satisfactory.

The only complaints were about other guests, but it's a hotel ...so it happens. Just loud and at breakfast a very large family with a LOT of children and the kids were just kind of free range. They were not misbehaving but taking up a lot of unnecessary space that forced us to take our food to our room so we could sit down.

I liked the omelettes - very tasty I liked the healthy options: Chobani yogurt and oatmeal and nuts. I didn’t use fitness room but I used the pool. It was very clean and water was a refreshing temperature. All staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable with staff and amenities. Parking was convenient and we never had to wait more than 10 seconds for the elevator.

Hotel was clean. The room was big and very spacious. We came for a concert at bogarts. We had dinner att he restaurant in the same parking lot of the hotel which made it nice we walked. Then Uber to and back from the concert. The staff was very friendly.

We went outside to smoke and some guy was ha ginger around outside asking us questions. We was waiting for our Uber just seem a little scary. Our window when we opened the bursting was the roof of the overhang out front so we couldn't see anything g outside.

The close proximity to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center was ideal. The morning breakfast variety was great and substantial. The rooms were large and comfortable. Parking was convenient. Everyone from housekeeping to front desk were polite, pleasant and helpful.

There appeared to be a lot of people congregating in the parking lot, so I was a little Leary about the safety of my car. There seemed to be a lot of “friends” visiting the front desk receptionists, which does not enhance the hotel atmosphere. The carpeting, especially on the lobby level could stand a refresh. I think that carpeting in the rooms, while it decreases the sound, does not help with cleanliness.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice and helpful, the gym has a nice machines with do a good workout. the breakfast had enough options for different tastes, in my case a healthy I had a couple of options.

One out of five days my room was not clean. I expected to be done when I came back after day of work.

The staff person at checkout on Christmas morning was kind of standoffish/cold and was listening to a crime show loudly and you could hear it in the lobby about some kinda murder. It destroyed the Christmas cheer at checkout as a result Make sure to keep water at the breakfast area for those who need it.

The location is great, we were able to walk to the concert venue from there which was a pleasure! The room was clean and relatively comfortable

The staff seemed to range from indifferent to annoyed, for just checking us in, not even any issue. Definitely need further training on how to be friendly and welcoming! We'd spent the previous night at a hotel with the friendliest staff around so it was particularly obvious how uninterested the staff were here. Very disappointing.

The breakfast was great. I was wishing when I left that I could have taken some with me. Kitchen staff was so nice. The staff at front desk. Especially a young woman who was expecting a baby. She was so much help to me to get my transportation to the bus station. I am so appreciative of her and that Lyft driver. Thank you Thank you

We were treated well by most but not all of the staff. We especially enjoyed the gentleman who tried to fix the mistakes made by the front desk and the lady who made sure we were served a good breakfast each morning. The hotel shares a parking area with a first-rate restaurant (awesome Peach Margarita).

Sloppy work by one of the front desk staffers meant we were initially given a room not ready for occupancy and required us to go back and forth to the front desk more than once to obtain a pass card that actually opened the door of our second room.
