The women at the front desk are awesome. Very friendly and kind.

The maids opened my door at 8:50am without even knocking. They just opened it right up. I looked up and they closed it. Then they knocked at 9:45. It wouldn't be a big deal, but I told the women downstairs I wanted a late check out. I watched them put it into the notes. But they woke me up 2 times smh.

My only criticism, aside from the HIGH nightly cost given the city and surroundings, was the shower curtain in room 618 smelled horribly of mildew. Almost gagged me when I got into the shower.

Only one cup in the room. For two queen beds, would assume at least two cups. no glass in the bathroom. No laundry bag in the closet.

I was in town to see a Reds baseball game, and this place was a great location for that because there's a bus stop right out front that would take me almost to the stadium for $2.20. Plus the breakfast was above standard for a complimentary breakfast, and really the whole property was quite nice, especially for the money. I'd happily stay here again.

EVERYTHING!!! Staff was amazing!! Stevie, Carolin, and Keisha was the best! It was so clean and beautiful! For the price it was untouchable! Even if the price was high it would have been worth it! The staff alone made it such a nice stay!!

I honestly can’t think of one thing that I didn’t like about the property!! It was a definitely an 11/10 stay!!

We only stayed one night as we came into town for a wedding. The staff was very welcoming and the room was larger than we expected. We enjoyed a dip in the pool and breakfast the next morning was great! A bonus was all the restaurants within a three mile radius! Will only stay there next time we're in Cincinnati!

Beautiful seating areas. Staff was phenomenal. Very clean. Beds,pillows and blankets were top quality. Loved our little couch seating area. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices and very filling By far excellent place

Hours for pool on weekends should be extended and opened earlier on Saturday morning

Breakfast had a good selection… property was amazing… room was so spacious the only thing that could’ve made room better was a shower without a tub… the house keeping supervisor was extremely courteous and helpful… we will stay there anytime we’re in Cincinnati

Hospitality was fantastic; shout out to Keisha, the manager, who was very welcoming and helpful. All of the staff made us feel welcome. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast is a real treat especially biscuits and gravy!

Keisha Bennett went out of her way to address my concerns. If something is quite right, they want to know so that they can immediately address the problem.

Overall the hotel was lovely. The staff were kind and helpful and the lobby and rooms were modern looking and for the most part clean. Hot breakfast in the morning was wonderful and I’m thankful they don’t actually charge for parking. The beds were extremely comfortable!! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The only issue I had was that the room wasn’t quite clean enough. The rooms have very nice laminate flooring but ours definitely needed to be cleaned. They were slightly sticky to walk on even with socks and had random spots that looked kind of like chewing gum. Our beds were also missing the skirts for the box springs and only had the protector on them. My friend who also booked a room and stayed got the room connected to mine and their floors had actually been cleaned and their beds had the skirts.
